We went here to get my nose pierced, and my mom called in, so we drove 30 minutes to get there then when we got there they said I couldn't get it because of my age. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up prior to driving 30 minutes to get there since we called ahead of time. We even asked if I was an eligible age, and they said yes. It was very frustrating.

I brought my 11 yr old daughter in for her first piercing. She was nervous and Kevin quickly put her at ease. He talked her through the whole process with sincerity and humor. For the rest of the night she talked about how kind he was, and how the best part of her two year expectations was talking with Kevin. Thank you Kevin!

Everyone here is amazing. Plain and simple. They all are very outgoing, willing to talk and hash out ideas with you. I've been coming here the last 3 years and I've never been disappointed. This is the best shop on town. Period.

Customer service is irrelevant when a parlor 'specializing' in tattoos completely messes yours up. My artist rushed through mine in 45 minutes and charged me for 2 hours. On top of that the tattoo looks terrible. Good only from a distance.

So professional!!! I went for a nose piercing and Rozey was amazing. She explained the science of how a piercing heals (it was my first "real" piercing) which made the aftercare part make perfect sense. Everything was surgically clean and she made the process go as smoothly and painlessly as possible. Highly, highly recommend!
