This place is awesome! Came in as a walk-in and they took great care of me. The guy at the counter was incredibly helpful and matched with Onver for my piece. He created a custom drawing for me based off of a reference picture and nailed it! Can’t wait to go back!

I love that this place separates tattoo artists from piercing specialists. Going to a tattoo studio to get a piercing is always such a gamble - you don't know if you're gonna get someone that actually knows what they're doing, or is just able to do it (I've had bad experiences in the past).
I had Gretchen do a piercing for me and she was extremely knowledgable and professional. She had really great advice for the specific piercing I wanted to get (triple forward helix).
I've been told by a few that I have bad ear anatomy for this specific piercing but Gretchen was able to help me. It's been a few weeks since the piercing and it's been healing amazingly well and I absolutely love it. I will never go anywhere else to get pierced.

Krysten did my daith piercings and was fantastic to work with! The conversation was pleasant and her work was smooth and extremely well done. She was able to share success stories from her other clients getting these piercings for headache relief, and some tips and tricks to try if the piercing itself didn’t quite do the job, like heavier balls, as well as the tip that septum clickers work really well for these piercings. She gave me clear aftercare instructions and told me to call with any questions I had or if I needed jewelry changed since it’s in an awkward spot.
Effectiveness: it’s been a week since Krysten pierced me- the week before the piercing I had one day when I had three visual migraines, and I hadn’t gone four days without one in several weeks. Since the piercing… one. A very much reduced visual migraine about 17 hours after the piercing, that was less intense and also went away faster than any previous ones. After that I haven’t had any.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Krysten for any piercing needs, and the whole staff at Certified was very pleasant and helpful.

I got my nipples pierced(something I was going back and forth on for years) and they did absolutely AMAZING; not only was the walk-in process easy and they just so happened to be able to schedule me in later that day, but Krysten and Mario made the process of actually getting pierced quick and easy! I was nervous but they were extremely respectful and made sure I got all the information I needed! They also had a separate room for privacy which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend visiting them for your next piercing!

Wow! What an incredible space! Stopped in for some gift cards for Xmas, the front desk was busy but took time to personally tell us about Certified and the quality work. I received my tattoo piece by Drastik, or Joseph. I can say the design came out even better than what I was expecting, and he was extremely kind and chill throughout the entire time. It was my first tattoo, so I was a bit nervous, but he definitely made it very easy. Definitely will be getting more in the near future.
