I just got my nose and cartilage pierced at Freaky's and it was a great experience! The staff was pretty friendly and very calming. It was an awesome price for the piercings (2 for $45, which included the jewelry). 10/10 would recommend

Alright, I'm biased because my wife works here and I've come to know a few of the employees as friends, but here's what I think from an outside perspective. It seems like the staff -from the top of the totem pole to very bottom- share a solid enthusiasm for the work they do. The higher-ups are always making changes here and there to keep the experience fresh for the customers and the employees always seem to be in the loop with everything that goes on upstairs. When new merchandise comes in, it seems like everyone is excited to try it out which leads to first hand experience to relay to the customers. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Often times, I feel very novice when it comes to all of the new gadgets and paraphernalia. But, the staff at Freakys never hesitates to instruct and inform! I manage in retail myself and I'm often impressed by everything I see in-store and hear at home!

The peircer did not aline it right. I have had it 1 month and it still hurts. My kids have went here too. We will not be coming back again.

JP was very helpful in keeping me calm, and he was very calm himself. Great price for $25 including jewelry. I called other local shops in the neighboring area to check prices and they were definitely the cheapest.

The kind gentleman with the tattoos and glasses was extremely kind and helpful and gave us great energy. We left with a great piece and smiles on our faces.

I got my industrial piercing like 2-3 months ago here and the piercer was supper nice! Everything was clean and sterilized and he knows what he’s doing. The pain for my piercing was like 2/10 and he was finished in less than a minute! Aldo I do know that these piercings take 6month to a year to heal but I haven’t had any infections and it’s healing pretty good! I’ll for sure be coming back to get more piercings done here !

Greeted as soon as I walked in the door! The staff has completely changed within the last few months and I'm incredibly pleased. Hannah is absolutely sweet, and both helpful and knowledgeable. Made me laugh a ton. Keep up the good work Freakys!

Called in to ask about piercing prices and they told me it would be $45 for 2 cartridge piercing and $45 for an industrial. I waited for about an hour for my turn which was fine, but when I started talking with the piercer, he said the price wasn't right and the lady at the front said she doesn't know who I taked to but I was wrong. It's beyond frustrating! I would have never drove all the way down here if they did not provide me with wrong information.

Atleast they had what I needed! Spent 10$ to fix. Un like the BOMB. They didn't have what I needed to fix my own piece so they just want you to buy a new piece for 100$ haha!! NOT!!

Didn't catch his name unfortunately, but 'counter guy' killed it with his customer service skills and patience. Pushy sales people are horrifying... I was here to get my nipple re pierced which was done by Jared.. he was amazing as well with his quick yet steady grace!! Not awkward at all, especially with such a personal part of me. All of the floor staff was talkative and awesome as well (NOT overbearing) while I waited to be taken care of!!! Def worth the trip from southeast Denver
