True Blue is my go to shop. I've gotten two different tattoos here, fairly large pieces. The guys are always easy to talk to and listen to the suggestions while adding their own artistic touch when needed. Prices are always reasonable and easy to grab appointment times. I've been to Peter both times but have seen some of Russ Ben's work and it looked really good as well. Posted the piece on my back for reference of real work...

I went to the main guy at the shop and had let him know it was my first tattoo and really important to me. It was a smaller wrist tattoo that showed a mountain with text below. He never let me look at it in the mirror before he wrapped it up. When I looked at it later, the lettering is so botched I’ve decided to invest in laser or a coverup. The spacing is completely off, letters aren’t even the same or out of alignment, and not cohesive between the letters and two of the letters there’s no space between them at all, so they run into each other. It’s so disappointing to look down at something that was supposed to represent my gma and dad who passed in 2020 and being my first tattoo, only for me to regret doing this because of the sloppiness. Not to mention when we were done we stood there and weren’t informed how we could pay. You’ve made me nervous to get more tattoos and now I am spending way more money to get this corrected.

The owner Russ Pearson is absolutely incredible. He’s been tattooing me for over 5 years and done 15 of my pieces. I will never go to another artist. He really works with you to make sure you have a tattoo you’ll love for the rest of your life. He’s extremely talented and does a phenomenal job. 10/10 recommend anyone and everyone to come in and check him out. You won’t regret it.

Awesome place. Highly recommend for anyone wanting quality ink. Peter did an AMAZING job on my skull key. Super happy with it. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help. Dan was my tattoo artist and did an amazing job. The staff is completely professional and the studio is very clean. They were able to get me in as a walkin between scheduled appointments. They are open 7 days a week, which was a blessing because I could only do Monday afternoon. They only do cash, but they do have an ATM on site. Great work, great price, I highly recommend True Blue Tattoo.
