We took our 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced at Inksmith. They were very sweet, and so professional especially working with a young child. The care and time they spent even just making sure my daughter felt comfortable was unexpected. I would highly recommend them! My daughter didn’t even cry, she said ouch, and that was it. Great easy experience!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been here for a tattoo and to buy some jewelry and they have been always been awesome!
Today though they went above and beyond for me! I had made some poor jewelry choices and found myself needing their professional help!
I called and Mags, who booked my apt, was great! She was able to get me in right away and was very nice and helpful! She booked me with Denice, and let me tell you, she was the best part of my day! Not only did she help me right away with fixing my conch jewelry, but she made me laugh while doing it and never once did she make me feel embarrassed for my poor choices. She then took her time to help me out with some other jewelry options for my other piercings and now my ear feels and looks so much better! She was amazing and made my entire day! I will not be going anywhere else for my tattoo and piercing needs!!

My daughter and I both got a septum piercing and nose piercing, respectively. I was definitely on the fence about it and they were so kind! Told me absolutely no pressure up until the very last second and told me they only wanted me to be happy! Jacqi told us all care instructions and even told us she'd let us know a place locally (we aren't from Boulder) that we could change our piercings in 4-6 months! Highly highly recommend and would definitely go back!!

Once I got there the amazing customer service continued. The check in process was flawless. Jaycie helped me pick out my jewelry and answered all my questions. She switched out my ear piercing with a beautiful piece. The selection of jewelry was impressive. The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.
