I would give a better rating if the Addy artist would finish my memorial for my deceased mother on my arm that I paid full price for upfront and finish my brother's chest memorial piece he paid upfront for also. We choose Addy because of her vibe, attitude, and charisma. She started my tattoo 2 years ago in may 2018 and did 2 session and hasn't complete the work. She hasn't returned calls,texts, or messages and this is very unprofessional. I would stop by randomly and ask employees if she was working and the same answer Everytime she's not here. Reading reviews about this place and other tattoo studios have said don't go to spellbound tattoo. They over charge for amateur work trying to make a name for themselves. I've only lived in Colorado a little over 2 years and didn't know any better. My opinion don't go here for a sentimental or memorial tattoo. Cartoon, writing, flower, fruit tattoos that you learn how to draw in art school or 8th grade art class best describe this business establishment. Now I can't say that all the artist are bad but I would look other places just in case. I've also wrote on Yelp and BBB board as well. Good day

Came here all the way from Lubbock Tx to get a tattoo from here. Joel did a great job on me and my husband's tattoos. We got king and queen crowns for our 21st year anniversary. We love them.

Had an appointment set 4 days in advance. I show up for the appointment and the guy tells me he thought he let me know that he had to push out my appointment and had someone else scheduled in my spot. Well, he did not message me, he did not let me know, and if you have an appointment already, dont put someone else in their spot. As im leaving the shop, the guy tells me I should've set a deposit as thats the protocol. Well if its protocol why didn't you ask me for a deposit 4 days ago when I made the appointment? Super unprofessional and frustrating. Would not recommend at all.

My BFF and I had been planning to get tattoos together for nearly 2 years, and FINALLY I was able to visit her in Pueblo, and we went to Spellbound to make it happen. Our tattoos were little and simple, but Addy took her time to make them PERFECT because even tiny tats are forever. I'm 35, a mother of 3, and this was my first tattoo! Addy even text us care instructions, answered questions we had days after the tattoos, and made the whole experience fun and exciting! Thanks Addy! It's so freaking cute. ;)

Although they do accept walk ins, they don't really want them or assist them. We walked in and were greeted with, do you have an appointment and how long will you be in town. Walk in does not usually mean to come in and we will see if we can get you in within a day or two. Also, they make things up for the reply to this review and call me entitled. It's funny because that is also the way they acted in person. In response to every bad review, they blame the customer.

Terrible, I had Marco do a half sleeve for me. He wouldnt make time for another session. I ended up going to another tattoo shop because of how bad the service was. Worst tattoo shop you could go to. Definitely just because Marco works there.
