I like and recommend this shop :) They have good music, the personalities, the work and the customer service have all been great!
Only complaint: they charged a fee to put in a $60 nose ring I bought from them. I've had tons of places put one that I brought in for free without making any purchase (I tipped of course). Pro: one of the few shops outside of downtown that carry any 24k gold body jewelery.
Reply to Owner: I understand the fee and makes sense to charge. However, it's like going to a Mexican restaurant and when you get the bill you realize they charge for the chips and salsa. It's against the norm. Regardless of your reason, making it clear up front is best practice.

They were great, my daughter was pierced there and my niece and nephew both got tattoos all in the same day. I left my daughters birth cert and they called me and held onto it for a month till I came into get it. Great service!
