Called to make an apt for piercings. They were able to accommodate same day. It was a great atmosphere. I felt very comfortable there. Piercer was awesome. Very knowledgeable and fixed my piercings they way the should have been the first time around. 10/10 would recommend this shop. Will definitely be back!!

First time being at this shop and I have to say, I was impressed. Clean and organized shop. My artist was Mickey Scalzo. I wanted my wife's face and some type of visual illusion on my hand. I have to say, he knocked it out of the park. The piece came out better than I could have imagined. Lines were crisp and the shadowing impressive. The realism of the portrait was on the mark. I would HIGHLY recommend him and I will be definitely seeing him again for more work.

I went in to get my nose pierced. The entire team was super professional, sweet, clean, and knowledgeable. The guy who did it understood how nervous I was, and supported me through the process. About a month later I accidentally knocked the piercing out of my nose, so I was able to come back and get it repierced the next day for a reasonable fee.
I definitely suggest this place for piercings. The shop owner is incredibly knowledgeable about tattoos and piercings, and explains things in detail. As a Black person I have to be intentional about who tattoos me, but pending some other factors this will likely be the only place I go in CT/MA to finish my body art.

I am so glad to have found Mickey! I will not go anywhere else as long as he is located close to me. I've gone in with bizarre font requests and he meets them every time. I went in yesterday with the words I wanted tattooed (lyrics) and told him the "vibe" I wanted in a font, but didn't know what I wanted, so asked him to find one with the vibe I described. First try--he hit it out of the park. Found a perfect font, and did the tattoo to perfection, yet again. He's done several lyric tattoos for me. I want to plan something more intricate with imagery for next time, so I can have more of his one-of-a-kind artistry on my body for life! Not only does Mickey do incredible work; he makes you feel like you're a friend visiting.

I have been here on holiday before and I was so shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. I really wish I had read the reviews and the responses of the owner before coming here. (not the most recent ones that this business has been swamped with, guys if you haven't used this business you really shouldn't be leaving reviews)
The quality of the tattoo is average and nothing I can't get fixed up back at home but the professionalism was just terrible.
The store itself was clean and I wasn't worried about hygiene at all so points there though!
To the owner, please consider replying to criticism in a more professional way. At the moment your responses are doing more harm than good)

I have known Mickey personally, and professionally for over 10 years now, and NEVER have I left his shop feeling upset or misunderstood. He is a wonderful person, artist (the best in town for SURE), and friend. WILL DEFINITELY be back to add more to the beautiful sleeve he did 🥰 love you micksssss

I have been coming here for many years for tattoos- I see Mickey and he is really fantastic and great at lots of different art styles, very creative, personable as well. The other artists I haven’t gotten tattooed by, but I’ve seen them do tattoos and they all come out great. You can’t go wrong coming here!
