I was looking for a specific picture to be done and I stumbled across the website for sacred body. I looked at their work and decided to have Chelsea as my artist. She did EXACTLY what I wanted and I've never been happier. My husband just had another job done by her which is Amazing as well! Everyone is friendly and the shop is clean and relaxed. Will definitely be getting more work by Chelsea!

My first tattoo at 18 years old was at Sacred Body and they were as perfect then as they were a week ago when I went back for another. They're friendly, relaxed, talented, and very, very clean. Additionally, I got a piercing there and had the same sort of experience. Having moved to Maine for a time they had changed locations while I was away. I had been looking for an artist for another tattoo I wanted and just couldn't find anyone I trusted enough to put it on my skin. When I happened across them again, now in a new location, I contacted them immediately and was able to get right in. I couldn't be happier with any of their work and I'll certainly be back! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Micky created a beautiful tat for me. Just gorgeous. The shop was clean and relaxed. Price was what I expected and reasonable. I'm going back for another and have no problem at all sending anyone I know there. I can't say enough good things about them.

I love this tattoo shop, I've gotten a tattoo from Mickey and also from Joelle, both are beautiful. My boyfriend also has a tattoo done by Rich who is also amazing. You will never be disappointed! Very reasonable pricing as well :)

Would have given it a one star, but the people there are really nice. My problem with the place was how heavy handed my artist was. I have had other tattoos done before, and a really extensive one done on my thigh elsewhere before coming here to get 2 done on my forearms. These tattoo were a lot more painful then any of my other ones, which should have been a sign to me that she was digging in too much. But because she was now there are areas on my tattoos where it literally caves in and it looks like she dug out my skin. Also the shading wasn't done well on both of them too. I paid a lot of money on these and their very simple tattoos too, so for them to look so bad is inexcusable. I'm definitely going to have to go find another artist and pay even more money just to have these two tattoos that I got here touched up again.

I came here with my mom to get my nose and industrial pierced yesterday and they denied me because I needed and “ID , Birth Certificate “ because it was a “state Law” if you look at the state laws it says NOTHING about needing an ID or anything . All you need if your under 18 is a written consent or an actual parent with you (which I had ). My best friend also went there and asked to get her belly pierced (same age as me ) and they were so eager to do her piercing they didn’t ask for ID or a birth certificate. She was not a person of color . Truly sad that discrimination still exists. Disgusting place
