10/10 experience. The artists were chill and friendly, the environment was a fun but professional place. My tattoo artist did great and made sure I was comfortable before doing the tattoo in such short notice. Was able to get me in and out in like 30 minutes. Will be coming again!

Got some piercings there and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided to me. He asked permission before touching me every time to be sure I was comfortable and made me comfortable and safe with his knowledge of everything before, during & after the process Definitely will be returning for tattoos next!

Dale and his team have done both tattoos and piercings on me, and I couldn’t recommend a shop more. Not only are they highly professional, always on time and extremely clean, but they also provide a fun and comfortable environment for people of all ages and types. Won’t go anywhere else!

Me and a couple friends were in CT for a little vacation. Before hand we reached out to certain artists at this shop as far as pricing and availability. The artists were very professional and their customer service was very good! Upon arrival my expectations were blow out the roof. It was a very clean environment, the tattoo artist (Dale) was very friendly and made sure I was good to go before getting my tattoo. He took very good procedures throughout my whole time being there. My friends went to Lano, he was also very helpful and professional!! Definitely would recommend this shop, and I’ll definitely be back

I had a wonderful experience here today! Chuck, the owner was very nice and accommodating. My artist was Roberto, he was great! He was neat and created exactly what I was hoping for. This is a clean, professional shop and I will return.

Left a 100 dollar deposit with Anthony Figueroa on 7/13 and on 7/14 I changed my mind and decided not to get the tattoo almost 24 hours later. Go to shop to ask for my deposit and he tells me they dont return deposit I ask for there policy, and he tells me to call his boss and that im wasting his time. Will be making a complaint with consumer protection agency and researching what charges i can file against them or take them to court.

I had set an appointment with "NERD". He was very unprofessional, was not listening to what I wanted. He originally had done a rose on my wrist and messed it up completely so he said he would fix it. I gave him another chance. Unfortunately he wasn't listening to any thing of what I wanted. Even my partner spoke to him that the sketch he was making wasn't even what I wanted, took him over an hour to do. I saw the sketch and I told him that if he can adjust his lines. He didn't take criticism very well. So i just than decided not to go ahead and continue with the session. He started than yelling once I left and he shouted saying to delete him from f.b than he started messaging me and insulting me. It was a terrible experience. I do have screen shots of him ranting on and on. I feel bad to City Ink, because he def. Giving them a bad name.

Made appointment months in advance and Dale cancelled on me the day before saying he will not be able to reschedule. DO NOT GO TO DALE he will only cancel on you last minute and get your hopes up.
