Recently got my first tattoo. I was greeted right away and felt comfortable in the shop. Very eclectic and lots to look at. Rich was recommended to me and he did a great job. He explained everything, didn't rush me, and was responsive to my texts. This was my test to see how I did. It went well and I'm planning my next one.

We took our 9 year old to have her ears pierced. Matty was the perfect person for the job. He is gentle, fun, and puts everyone at ease. In addition everything is clean, professional, and the work was flawless. Several weeks out everything perfect. Thanks!!

I absolutely love this place! It was my first time getting pierced after a good decade, and Mati (Hope I spelled that right) was amazing. He's very friendly, conversational, asks for preferences and comfort, and he's very knowledgeable about his craft. Highly recommend this place and Mati!

2023 update, just got 2 conch piercings done. As professional as ever. Been recommending him to everyone! Definitely worth it.

Matty is super friendly and the consummate professional. I got my first piercings ever (lobes) with him, and he put me at ease immensely. Very hygienic, very fast. I paid $50 for both lobes (cash only, just an FYI), and the level of service and professionalism matched what I paid for. Would definitely recommend!

So this review is a bit more different cause usually I wobble over to places to eat and write reviews while I’m still licking my fingers from dinner, but every so often ESPECIALLY after a good experience I love sharing my unasked for opinion. This guy right here did me and my friends piercings and I must say he’s very professional, sanitary af, precise in where these holes will be going and very friendly which is the best part cause I hate stale people. I had a little too much swelling two weeks later and the same day I called to ask if this was something to worry for yet the same day he told me come in and let me check it out so I did and couldn’t be happier. Ya see, These businesses are the reason I do reviews. Small businesses are the best. I will be going back for more and my friend will be yelping her review on tattoos since that’s her next stop soon. We’ll I’m gonna go ice myself now. ✌🏼

I was in town visiting from Chicago and my friend and I wanted to get tattoos to commemorate the occasion. I wasn’t at all familiar with the area but did some searching online and came across Keys on Kites. I checked out their social media and saw that the artist all produce stellar work so I reached out before I came out to CT. When I called and messaged, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

My friend and I decided on a walk-in and the guys in the shop were super accommodating and helpful. From the time we talked in to the time we were getting tattooed was maybe 20 minutes - I’m sure it varies depending on the day.

My review is for Jonny, he did my piece and I can’t say enough good things about him and his work. He is a talented dude! He was patient when I was figuring out the sizing I wanted as well as the placement. I’m an awkward shy person but I was made to feel comfortable and the conversations were nice. He took his time with his work and inquired if I was comfortable. I didn’t get anything fancy or extremely intricate but I am beyond ecstatic with the finished result. Great line work and shading! It looks awesome. Next time I make the trip out to CT, I’ll definitely be coming back for another piece. Thanks Jonny!

I gotta say this is the only place that I will go to get my tattoos this place is so clean and so well organized and plus the people that work there are very friendly and professional. Eric is the best also he is very nice and will definitely get what you ask for done and also at a very good price too.

Awesome shop and with awesome people! Clean and well priced. I've used Eric for multiple tattoos and each has come out fantastic. My first experience was reworking an old faded tattoo that I didn't care for and now it's one on my favorites! Highly recommend!

My 7yo had wanted to have her ears pierced for a while now. On a couple of occasions we went to other, very reputable parlors, only to back out because she never stopped feeling nervous.

Mati is phenomenal. I know he’s a great piercer, but we needed someone who’s ALSO great with kids. Not an easy combo to find. All I can say is, if you have a nervous child Mati is your guy. Super friendly and personable, relaxed, confident. From the time he sterilized the lobes, to when she already had the earring in - I swear it was 30 second or less. Didn’t have time to freak out or work herself up. Nothing was forced or rushed, just quick confident movements and voila. It was like magic.

Now we have a super happy 7yo and one rite of passage checked off with ease. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
