I went in for a septum piercing. The piercer guy was nice and friendly. There was barely a set up for the process and everything was laid out right on the seat I was sitting on which I thought was unprofessional. I’ve been to a few different piercing places before and this was a red flag for me. Cleaning and sanitation procedures should always be taken seriously if you’re going to put a hole on someone’s body. The guy’s hand was shaking as he pierced me and the piercing came out crooked and too low. Fast forward 6 months and I had to take out the septum because it never healed and the bumps never went away. I’ve never had a problem with healing my piercings before so I was really disappointed with this experience.

I had an amazing experience getting my nose pierced here, I took my sister to get her ears pierced as well. The studio was very nice and clean. The piercer was super nice and answered all of our questions no problem. Our piercings are healing nicely and he told us to come back if we had any issues. Super happy with this place and my experience, would definitely go back. 10/10

Hannah is literally the best person ever! She’s tackled two large white ink tattoos with skill, precision, and expertise. I literally cannot say enough to how much care she put into this ink and it’s means so much. Not only that but I’ve always had a great experience interacting with all of the staff here. This is my second tattoo done and I’ll be back for more!

Dave is very professional. He has pierced my septum and he has done my dermal too. Very clean and quick and painless. I would highly recommend getting a piercing from him. He is one of best piercer in Norwalk. I wouldn’t get a piercing from anywhere else. All the instruments he use are clean and sterile right out the bag.

I took my 10 year old here for her ears pierced and was pleased with their professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We returned when she was 15 to pierce her second set of ear holes and get a nose ring. Again, felt that they were professional, clean, and had paid attention to proper placement/ spacing detail. hands down the best place to go to. i’ve gotten my septum pierced here and my snake bites on my lip, david is super professional and welcoming, and i feel very safe coming here! :) i wouldn’t go anywhere else to get pierced for sure :D

Don't go here for ear piercings! They pierced my helix/cartilage piercing with a butterfly back. You're NOT supposed to do that- and clueless me didn't know why my piercing was getting irritated. Do your research and find a renowned place with threadless, high quality jewlery! No butterfly backs!! Don't make my mistake :(
