Insensitive to your tattoo needs had a bad attitude and the colors where totally opposite of what I showed him it was a plum colored ink and he did it hot pink then was arguing with me that it wasn’t pink it was purple. Music selection was annoying ew country no tv to watch no where to sit in the waiting area and the second I walked he made me feel uncomfortable

BOTCHED PIERCING AND NO AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS READ FULL REVIEW. I went in for a Septum piercing only a couple days ago and explained I had the piercing before and there was no scar tissue (had the piercing 6 years ago). The piercer didn't introduce himself to me a.k.a. I am unaware of his name. Piercer didn't show me jewelry sizes or pieces I could choose from before hand or explain to me 14g is the standard size for this piercing and this is the only one we have available in the shop. Piercer chose an extremely large piece for my face, and did not take his time to properly set up his grip in my nose while his co-workers were making him laugh and he MISSED the correct placement of where the needle should go, a.k.a. "the sweet spot", and shoved the needle and jewelry there afterwards in the CARTILAGE OF THE TIP OF MY NOSE. Piercing looks very low and out of place, seeing as it is literally out of place. Piercer did not care to show me what it looked like afterward NOR did he explain to me proper aftercare because he assumed I knew since I frequently get piercings. I recommended this shop to my boyfriend because I was happy with my linework tattoo a couple years prior and he literally paid out of pocket for his first ever "shop" tattoo and was very happy with the work done. I told them I hadn't had any work done since them, because I haven't paid for any "shop" tattoos since them, and sadly since this experience neither of us will be going back and I will not recommend any more customers. I feel like I can get a more accurate placement of a piercing by letting a friend do it or doing it myself before I go back to these clowns.
