Me and my girlfriend went to get matching tattoos and received Horrible service! Tattoos were over priced and Shane took way too long to set up for 2 small tattoos!! Bandages were filled with blood afterwards! And then we noticed a week later that the healing process looked weird so we went to get checked out by a tattoo specialist and he said Shane went way too deep in the skin so it looks like we got tattooed with a knife !!! DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!!

good tattoo shop it’s a clean and safe environment where a person can get a high-quality tattoo from a skilled and experienced artist. It was a really fun experience, the artist was fun and made the whole thing alot more memorable. For the first time ever being in Delaware it was a great way to start! Would definitely recommend the tattoos look adorable

Always great work and relaxing atmosphere. This is the only place I will get work done. I've had work done by Shane and they both are great. Ariel is always helpful and gave me good advice for my latest tattoo which is awesome as expected.

Shane is the worst artist in the shop I think he needs to stop doing whatever he is doing in the back before he does your tattoo if you know what I mean. See Beth or the new girl they are really really good if you want your tattoo done right and with professionalism. Beware of SHANE very unprofessional you've been warn.

I got a tattoo here last week by Shane and although he did a good job on my tattoo, the attitude that I was presented with by him was unpleasant. I also feel that I was overcharged for the work that I got done by him and the square charged me $5 just to use my card instead of cash. I do like my tattoo but unfortunately I will not be returning to “All Inked Up”.

Beth is the best! I love my tattoos, yes two today. They are beautiful. Beth and I were always on the same page when discussing placement, size and color. Very sterile and clean. I can't say enough good things about All Inked Up!
