All of my experiences have been exceptional!
I stumbled upon this place loyally following my favorite tattoo artist, Angel. Angel does AMAZING work and I don't bother going to anyone else. His line work is like no other and his creativity is beyond measure. This guy has talent and I would highly recommend him to anyone, any day of the year!
Then there is Derek. My favorite person to have shove a needle through any part of my body with ease. I also loyally followed Derek to Trap Ink. Say whaaattt!? Yes, both of my favorite people under one roof. Now that's some good stuff. Derek is knowledge, gentle and most importantly knows what the hell he is doing. I typically bring a group of people to Derek every time I get a new peircing, that's how much I appreciate his work.
Keegan has done some great things with this place. I'm talking GREAT.
This is a clean, very well put together and also a friendly environment. I may have failed to mention that there are plenty of other great artist under this roof but my boys get the highest rep. Woot woot.
Also to add, Derek and Keegan stock up on some of the best quality jewelry that I myself have partaked in purchasing and have to say it was well worth it. I'm in love with my new Metal Mafia jewelry.
So with that being said, I would head over and get your new tattoo and piercing needs by the best.
No more kitchen tattoos. No more driveway piercings. You pay for what you get and at Trap Ink it's quality. Oh did I mention it's safe?!?!..

This is the only tattoo shop I'll let touch me in Florida, and it just so happens they are located less than a mile from where I live now. All of the artists are amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to get work from any of them. So far I've gotten work from Nick and Angel. When people see my most recent piece they always compliment it and ask where I got it done, and I have no problem telling them I got it at the best shop in Florida.
They used to be located in a strip mall off of 41 in Sarasota, but have since relocated to their own stand alone shop off 26th street right across from SCF.
Extremely nice shop. Very clean. Everyone there is very professional, and they are all masters of their trade. I honestly don't know what I would do if Trap Ink ever closed their doors. I'd probably stop getting tattoos and go into an even deeper depression than I am already in.

Kee-Li and Nick Jackson are really amazing artists. I looked at so much of their work on the website and on Facebook and I couldn't wait to get in. I waited a couple weeks and had consultations to draw up design and make sure the piece was the right design for my body. I'm amazed at the coloring and depth of their work. It is artwork not just a simple tattoo. I know they are rising stars that will be getting national attention soon. We are very lucky to have them here in the Sarasota Bradenton area. Please check them out. Don't get jammed up with hacks it's your body.

PIERCINGS!! Let me start off by letting you know I'm the biggest baby ever when it comes to needles. Oddly enough though, I'm obsessed with piercings ! I was referred to Derek years ago by a friend who assured me he was the best in town ,I'm glad I listened! Six piercings later I'm a loyal customer to Derek and won't go to anyone else ! He has a steady hand and is quick with the needle! He makes to whole process so relaxed , and all in a very well maintained sterile work area.
I don't have any tattoos but I would like to share my experience with Trap Ink Tattoo artists.I recently brought in a friend who I referred to Derek that wanted to get her nose pierced .After getting her nose piercing she realized she hadn't eaten all day and started to feel faint and wanted me to get her out before anyone saw ! So as i am trying my hardest to get her out to the car without making a scene- she fainted in my arms in the parking lot !!! I for some reason was having trouble reacting bc I couldn't believe it was happening lol!? All of the sudden I hear voices , EVERY PERSON , every tattoo artist in that building jumped up in action! Before I knew it they were there helping me cushion her fall ,had her head on a makeshift pillow made out of one of the shirts off their back- literally. Bringing out water and just really showing the most genuine care for this girl making her laugh and relax. Just really good people.period.So as I said I don't have any tattoos but after that experience can honestly say if I ever get a tattoo I wouldn't go anywhere but to the awesome crew at Trap Ink !
