Everyone we encountered was pleasant and very willing to help. The shop was clean and professional. Carlos our tattoo artist was phenomenal, super talented, attentive and knocked my want out of the park. Will be coming back to Carlos for additional tattoos.

Went and got my nose ring changed by Ashley the other night, ended up having to get it tapered because my hole was a 18g and not a 16g process was super smooth and quick! ashley was great and super knowledgeable definitely recommend for piercing and tattoos!

First ever piercing and the experience was awesome! I had Brittany do my helix and both second holes and she was absolutely awesome. I was definitely really nervous going into it and she made it super comforting, funny, and bada$$, talked me through the whole thing, and definitely knows what she's doing. Not only the piercer herself but the staff's niceness and the cleanliness of the whole shop. 10/10 experience.

Went into this shop about a week ago definitely do NOT recommend! I’m very disappointed with my experience with them I got a septum ring due to losing mine asked multiple times to make sure it was sterling silver due to my body not handling the fake metals I was told it was! I went to my car and put it in and didn’t like it so asked to exchange and they wouldn’t let me now not even a week later my nose is sore irritated and swollen took the septum ring out and the ring aswell as my nose was blue/green .

Everybody was super nice. I just had my right nostril pierced and it looks super pretty. I have really bad physical reactions to needles and blood so after the piercing I felt very faint and my vision blacked out. Luckily, I believe it to be Brittany if I remember correctly, she told me to sit down for as long as I need. Gave me skittles and water. Super nice. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I wasn’t told the gauge size of my piercing which makes it a little hard to pick out new jewelry and I wasn’t very much informed of aftercare. Overall good experience. Very very clean and I felt comfortable.

Attention to detail at its finest! The tattoo looked EXACTLY like what was requested. My tattoo was done by Rob and I couldn't be happier. I have been getting non stop compliments and I highly recommend this shop. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny.

Brittany gave me and my girl amazing piercings, didn't hurt at all. Jamie gave me my first tattoo and it didn't hurt a bit either, lines look clean and tattoo looks amazing. My girls tattoo came out spectacular and again super clean lines. Amazing job thank you both, definitely will be coming back :)

Brittany was great!!! I was pretty nervous going into it but she made me feel really comfortable. The girl at the front desk was really nice too, I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Anyway, I felt a pinch and it was over and I’m super happy about it.
