I was recently informed of a really cool and talented tattoo artist by my sister in law. Her name happens to Lea. I went in with the intentions of adding a little new school art to a "Sailor Jerry" style heart that was done while I was in Biloxi. This started our "ink" relationship. I have been going to see her every week for the past few months and we just keep adding things to my skin with her artistic opinion. I trust her completely with my skin and she is the only person I will let touch me with a needle. If anyone that loves tattoo's knows that when you make a connection with an artists it is something very special. I enjoy going to Lea because we have that trusting relationship and it is like a therapy session for me. If anyone in the area is looking for a professional, artistic, and down right bad ass tattoo artist then go to Alan's Cool Ink and ask for Lea. She is my "Tattoo Queen".
On a side note.. The below comments about Lea are so far off. This leads me to believe that this person who wrote it doesn't know professionalism and honesty when they see it.. Just saying

Customer service was good and the shop was clean. The main issue I had was the lack of interest my artist seemed to have. I came in with an idea for a sleeve and told him he'd had all the time and money he needed to make that tattoo as full as possible. Every appointment seemed rushed and he was distracted alot which shows in the tattoo. Whenot he finished, the tattoo looked more bare bones than expected and told me that he was complete. I ended up going to another shop in order to get more shading done and make the tattoo pop more.

Great shop, SUPER clean, excellent customer service! Freddie did an awesome job! My wife and I got simple tattos, but Freddie took time to make sure they were exactly the way we wanted them. Very professional, very courteous, overall great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Stella was amazing! My daughter and I were in town on vacation and she was wanting to get her navel pierced, Stella made her feel very comfortable and she had a great sense of humor, she did such a good job that I decided to have her pierce my nose, she was very quick and very professional. I definitely would recommend Alan's !!

I had a cover up done by sandy here and it turned out amazing. I am so in love with it. Around a week after my coverup I had her do another one on my arm. I'm pretty sure sandy is going to be the only person tattooing on me. The shop is also really clean and everyone is friendly.

awesome place to go! andrew and his mom are the nicest people. my husband and i were on our honeymoon and walked in for tattoos and had a great experience. thank you again :) p.s we left our cooler out front for you (on sunday)

Xuxu is amazing! Her linework is so delicate, and her attention to detail is wonderful. She was very welcoming, and worked with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted.

I went in for my second tattoo and it was done by Robert. He was incredible!! My tattoo was nothing extraordinary or overly complicated but he was very funny and friendly. They were also very clean and sanitary which is what’s most important to me. Definitely recommend this shop and ask for Robert if you can!

My family and I were visiting Destin for Spring break. I’m 18 and that was going to be my very first tattoo. Of course I wanted it to be memorable and have a nice experience..everyone was rude and very unprofessional. I went to Atomic Frog and they are very nice! You guys should definitely check them out!!
