I just got my first tattoo at Alan’s Cool Ink and I had the best experience! The inside was organized and clean. They listened to what I wanted and were very helpful. Andrew did my tattoo and he was amazing. The rest of the staff were really sweet and made me feel comfortable while getting it. I definitely recommend getting a tattoo here and I would get one again!

Very very rude, refused to pierce my 15 year old daughters nose even tho I had her Birth certificate. Then while waiting for our Uber we watched 4 kids under the age of 5 go in there with two adults and one teenager carrying a pack of beer. Very sketchy place.

I went out to this shop on Friday night before heading back in town to Dallas I was out there visiting and I wanted to do something meaningful for the wife . I never ever do any reviews but I felt the need to do it on this one the tattoo hasn’t fully heeled but as of now it’s like I can’t even see it I have to block the glare from the light just to be able to see it I paid 220$ for a pair of Realistic lips and a small cross now I’ll have to find a shop here to fix it or make it darker I’m not an expert or professional in this field but I feel like it could have gone better do your research on the tattoo artist beforehand because this is something I’ll have for a life time , aside from that the customer service was great my only complaint is on the tattoo itself . Hope this helps someone to do more research.

I would highly recommend Alan’s cool ink! Me and my wife were walk ins and they took us straight back. Excellent service. Our artist was Andrew and he was amazing. Made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely go back when we come back to Destin!

Hands down the best tattoo place in destin!! This was my first ever tat & I had the best experience here. They were very clean & had great service. Freddie was amazing & he helped so much with telling us what was going to work & what would be best for what we wanted. Christina was so funny & she helped all of us not think about the pain of the tattoos. I definitely would go back to this place if I’m ever back in town. My whole family & I loved this place!!!

Very clean and welcoming shop. It's easy to see that this group enjoys their jobs and each other. Andrew is great! Very professional, had great advice (Freddie did too!) and his work speaks for itself. I will happily recommend this shop to anyone looking for a positive tattoo or piercing experience.

Went early, no one working to do my piercing, was told to come back at 6 with a stack of paper work. Went back at 6, was then told they are not coming in. Staff is rude and could care less about your business, or at least mine. I would not go back

Stella was awesome!!! Very nice and explained everything to me very well! I was nervous about getting my ears pierced and after she talked me through/how her shop is going about doing everything now, I felt more comfortable about going to get my ears pierced. She was quick and effortless with this, making it seem like a piece of cake! She asked me if I was okay with where she was piercing my ears and let me look at them before she did it! Both store owners are very nice and respectful and I will be continuing to go here for anything! Awesome place; also the only place in destin that would help me out !
