Great experience. Love my tattoo. The staff is friendly, welcoming, exceeding all expectations! Reasonable pricing! Dont know why I waited so long to get my 1st one but it definitely won't be my last! Freddy was awesome!

Highly recommended!!!!! I came here to get new earrings and they were very helpful as well as changed one of my piercings. I came back to get my other ones changed, and they were so nice and helpful. The piercer explained that my earrings had a lump from my fresh piercings and told me what to do to get rid of them. She also gave me some of their products to help them! Very friendly and quality place, great price too!!

Alan's Cool Ink is by far the best local tattoo shop around. The staff is friendly and very professional. As a regular customer the environment is very well kept and the staff becomes like family, even if a first timer. They care about their passion for the art and put as much time and emotion into a piece as if it was going onto their own body.
The prices are very fair and anyone who states otherwise only want a "cheap" tattoo. The amount of time put into each custom piece is well deserved and worth the wait! I have been tattooed by Sandy Dixon and Reanna McCormick and each piece has left a memory and fantastic artwork. Everyone there is very open minded and give very good constructive criticism (a key aspect in something that will be be on you for the rest of your life). Keep up the fantastic work, Alan's Cool Ink, and anyone visiting or local I wouldn't recommend any other shop around!

Long over due review! While I was on vacation (five weeks ago!), I decided to get my nose re-pierced and I came to the right place! Stella did an awesome job!! She answered all my questions, talked me through it, was so kind and patient, and hyped me up when I got it done! It has healed up quite nicely and I’m very happy with how it looks!!

Honestly they are The best place to go in town! Between the piercers- and I have had many done by them- to their tattoo artist- I have had 3 done by Sandy- they deliver the best!
If they tell you where you want the tattoo isn't going to work it's because they are trying to prevent you from having to have it redone-happened to my sister and she couldn't be happier they told her. Definitely tell Everyone I know to go to them

My husband and I have both been to Alan's Cool Ink multiple times. He's had two tattoos done here, one on his forearm (by an artist who has moved away) and a 3/4 sleeve done by Sandy. I've had 4 tattoos done here, one by Reanna and three by Sandy. I've also had one piercing done (rook on my left ear). We've never had a bad experience during any of our visits. All of the tattoos and my piercing have healed nicely (we follow after care directions to a T). I got a tattoo in February and Sandy asked me to come back in a month to make sure it healed okay or if it needed touch ups. It healed good, but because of the small details, she wanted to touch up a few spots and did it right then and there. Great customer service. I couldn't be happier with any of my tattoos from this shop. Prior to our first visit at Alan's Cool Ink, my husband had one tattoo and I had two, both done at another parlor. Since our first visit, we haven't gone elsewhere. Even when we moved two hours away, we still came back. Only suggestion I have is if you're planning on going during spring break/summer or weekends, make sure you stop by or call to set up an appointment first. They tend to get busy that time of year and it'll keep you from waiting. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area (we'd actually checked out a few shops before deciding on Alan's). It's clean, bright and has rooms that can be closed up for privacy. Very family friendly. I'll definitely be going back, again.

Absolutely wonderful! Extremely professional and clean. Staff friendly and easy going. The artistic ability is over the top at this establishment. My fiance' and I went to get my first tattoo(s) and he got is 7th and 8th tattoo here. All were done with care and precision. Andrew (I believe that is his name), was such a pleasure to work with, even with my indecisiveness and I'm sure I was annoying (lol) but he was patient and helpful. We cant wait to go back to continue our art. We live out of town, but both agree to travel here for future work. Just can't walk away from a good thing :)

The place has an cool atmosphere. Freddie has again tattood a masterpiece for me 😊. For my wife she had her ears pierced again and Christina did an amazing job. Both of them have detailed aftercare instructions that you cannot mess up. 5⭐ everyday

My daughter and I had tattoos done while we were on vacation. The staff was great and XuXu designed exactly what I wanted even better than I imagined. She was very kind and as gentle as she could be for both of us. I'd definitely recommend and would visit again.
