Freddy did an amazing job!!! I showed him what I wanted and he drew it out better than i could have imagined!!! So happy with my tattoo! I was concerned about how to take care of my tattoo and he was so helpful and even gave me some lotion to put on it after!!! Freddy was awesome and the whole staff was amazing!

Freddie was my tattoo artist, and he did absolutely amazing!! He was very comforting, professional, had a very clean work space, and his lining was perfect. 10/10 recommend visiting him at Alan's; the shop is very well kept, and all of the workers were friendly and knowledgeable of proper treatment & useage for piercings and tattoos!!

I got my first tattoo here by Andrew! This experience was more than I could've ever dreamed! Andrew understood exactly what I wanted done and made it look even better than I could've imagined. The shop was inviting, comfortable, and clean. I love my tattoo, and I will be back for another one!

When you walk in, it is clean. They ask or answer any questions you may have. Got our group some tattoos in a fast amount of time. Very affordable for the location and quality of work. Andrew made us laugh and Xuxu made the most beautiful piece of the ideas that were in my mind. Thank you!

I got my nose pierced here by Andrew. He was so kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was nervous at first but he made me feel a lot better about it. After it was done and I said I was feeling lightheaded to my friends, he told me to sit down and brought me candy and a cup of water. It was a great experience and I plan on seeing Andrew again for my next piercing.

I live in Destin. I had three custom tattoos done here and they are awesome and well done. My daughter had a tattoo and a bar ear piercing done here, and they are also well done. I won't speak for the people who gave this place a negative review since I haven't walked in their shoes, however, all my experiences and my daughter's have been very satisfactory.

The service was absolutely terrible, they were rude, and very short when they were speaking to you, kinda like we were an inconvenience. One of the henna tattoos got messed up within about 3 minutes, they would not wipe it off and charged extra to fix it. Then another person wanted their henna tattoo on their leg and they wouldn't do it because in the sketch artist opinion it would look better in a different spot. The area is chained off and your told not to move the specific body part you got the design on but, it was too much of an inconvenience for them to move the chain for us upon exit. Kinda hard to do all of the above when you have your hands full and not trying to mess up your henna while moving the chain. Then 3 minutes later the henna gets messed up, didn't go get it fixed. That's how much we didn't like it. A big waste of time and money. I will never revisit this place! Absolutely terrible!
