I wanted a special tattoo for my 40th birthday and contacted Damien at Beyond Taboo Tattoo. I told him what I wanted and scheduled an appointment for a couple weeks out. I was very happy with what he came up with for me. We did the outline in one session and color the next week. I LOVE my tattoo. I will be getting in touch with Damien for my next piece and am making an appointment there for a piercing this week. 100% recommend. ---Pam Fiddler

I got an excellent tattoo. Exactly what I wanted. I wasn't pressured into anything and Jersey gave his opinions as well as respected what I wanted. My husband got a cover up done that did not turn out well and we had to go to another shop and pay the same original price to get it fixed. The shop is extremely clean and laid back, however, next tattoos will not be coming from Beyond Taboo Tattoo. :(

Got my first tattoo done here by Lil Rat and I’ve never hated anything more than this…my line work is incredibly rough and it looks nothing like the picture I showed him… it was supposed to be an infinity sign and you can’t even tell…my coloring isn’t filled in correctly and there’s random thick lines of ink in places it shouldn’t be…. My mother and I got matching tattoos and she didnt really like hers either. I will NEVER come back here!!! I recommend tj’s tattoos or electric mermaid!! (This tattoo was from two years ago and has already faded an insane amount so I’ve decided to put my piece of mind here because I left this shop and immediately cried)

Sailor Dave is absolutely amazing! He is very talented and creative. He can come up with any ideas you can imagine. He is very light handed and super clean. He just completed my 2nd tattoo. The 1st one he drew up based on my ideas only and it is my absolute favorite tattoo. The 2nd one I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it beautifully! I already have another tattoo scheduled with him in a month. He'll be my forever tattoo artist.
