I was a walk in at their studio wanting to get my nose and belly button re pierced. I had a little wait of course because I was walkin but it was completely worth it! Alyson was my piercer and she is amazing! She’s extremely professional but so kind, I have been pierced before but I have never been given the service or had anyone be so informative as her. I felt so comfortable with her and the rest of the staff was such a joy. 100/10 I would recommend this studio.

I've gotten two tattoos done at True Love and both experiences were great. My first tattoo there was done by Nirvana and she did an amazing job on my tattoo, it was a great experience. My second tattoo from true love was done by Jade and she was also great. My family and I wanted to all get tattoos the same day and she worked with each of us to get us what we wanted. Overall I would definitely go back to true love for my next tattoo. Every artist there is super talented

It was my first time getting my ears pierced and I was so fortunate enough to have Alyson help me out with the whole process. Not only was she super professional but also walked me through the steps she was taking so I knew what was going on before, during and after the piercing. She even answered all my questions months after the piercing to make sure it was healing ok. Top quality work and unmatched professionalism.

Jade is fantastic! I called ahead to see if they took walkins on a Saturday, always a high volume day, and thankfully they had an opening. From the moment I met Jade she was so willing to work with me and so sweet the whole time. Her work is excellent! I got some fine line work florals done on my shoulder and I couldn't be happier! My friend and I each made an appointment a week before our visit. 2 days before our scheduled time, I got a message saying that my artist couldn't do our 4:40 appointment because she had another one at 4:30 and that she wasn't sure why the system allowed it to go through. It truly wasn't a problem for me-I appreciated that she reached out . I asked if I would be able to just go with my friend at her time since we were both getting small tattoos. They were super accommodating with this which I so appreciated. Our scheduled time together was 5:40. When we arrived, we were told that our artist was finishing up with someone and would be about 20 more minutes....we sat there for 1 hour and 15 minutes before either of us got called up. Overall the people were super nice and the place was nice and clean but the service time was not great and prices seemed a bit high compared to other places that I have been. Tina did a great job and was super sweet and accommodating as well as the girl who was at the desk! We enjoyed talking with her!

In love first sight at her cuteness but her soul is solid gold . My nose piercing would not heal from a different shop and once she switched my jewelry to true loves and told me everything I needed to do I now get to keep my piercings . She also gave me a new nose piercing and was super professional , clean and so much fun to hang out with . So happy ! Thank you Alyson !!! The shop is clean and beautiful and everyone is so welcoming !

My 3 friends came in to the shop as walk ins. We were taken promptly by each a different artist. We got a matching tattoo and they all look different. The artist did not outline mine. She finished in about ten minutes and now that it is healing I can see it is not even filled in appropriately. For 120 dollars I am extremely disappointed and annoyed I will need my artist here to fix it. If I did not live in a different state I would be requesting someone to fix it or refund me. Do not reccomend.
