This staff is just awesome! I first met Mandy, who got me setup with paperwork and showed me the available jewelry options. Her insight was very much valued, as I couldn't decide on which one to pick. Khelsi, the piercing artist, was just as sweet and welcoming as Mandy. Khelsi made me feel super comfortable and totally understood my expectations. Everything went super smooth and the piercing was over before I knew it. Mandy and Khelsi help was much appreciated and has now resulted in a new client. Thank you!

ALYSON WAS AMAZING !!!!! I was able to schedule an appointment same day, the experience was phenomenal to say the least. Alyson was extremely gentle with my piercing, very well educated and informative as well.
My experience was super comfortable to say the least. I only came for an nose piercing but I will be back for a tattoo and another piercing.
I also forgot my wallet and she brought it to me in tact before I even noticed it was gone! I definitely recommend Alyson and True Love for any of your piercing needs. You will not regret it. I will be referring all of my friends.

I had my nostril pierced by Alyson (a queen) and it was the most pleasant piercing experience I’ve ever had! She made sure to walk me through the entire process and show me each tool she was using, including their expiration date, and she had very gentle hands! She also explained the aftercare process super well and didn’t rush through it like most piercers do. I’m definitely coming back!

Early March Alyson did my daith and it has healed very nicely. She is very experienced and worth every penny, super sweet and friendly the first time I went it was a bit hot inside and I almost passed out but she was quick on her feet to help me. Today I went in to get my septum done by her and she did a amazing job again I didn't feel the needle go through at all despite my scare tissue from surgery a few years ago. Plus she had a upgraded fan which helped me from over heating this time to keeping me from passing out! Most of my piercings have rejected before I found her and since I have met her I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for a piercing. And shout out to Amanda for her friendly service! I love you guys keep up the amazing work! I highly recommend making a appointment to keep from a waiting to anyone that's thinking of doing a walk in you never know if it's going to be a busy day or not.

I got my tragus and nipple piercings done by Alyson. I love her so much, she’s funny and energetic. She pierced quickly , thankfully and everything in the shop is 100% sterile. She showed me that everything she used was new and never opened. Definitely would recommend going to her and also I plan to go to her for any future piercings. She’s on time and very understanding. This was my first time getting tattooed at true love, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I found jade the artist I chose to do my tattoo on their Instagram, I called and made an appointment over the phone, the person who ran the front desk was lovely. Within an hour jade had text me and got more info on what I wanted so she could have it drawn by the time I got there. She drew exactly what I wanted, I am obsessed with it and I will be back to see her again! She’s amazing, get tattooed by her!
