Fat Kat Tattoo & Body Piercing

I've been here twice now. And each experience is amazing. Got a tattoo the first time and it healed perfectly. Got my nostril second hole done and I believe misty did it. She is a doll and pierced me so good.. after 25 mins and some Tylenol I haven't felt any pain it's healing perfectly. Thank you fat Kat and team!

I found Fat Kat through a google search. I was looking for a realistic tattoo of my beloved dog’s footprint. I found Raphael through reviews and after seeing his work I decided to go with him. He has exceeded my expectations. From start to finish everything was easy and quick. I booked a consultation on the website, came in and showed him what I wanted. No issues, quoted me price and then I booked the appointment through the website. I came into. Again easy, peasy. Shop was clean, nicely spaced. Raphael is so gentle, fast and damn excellent at what he does. I cried when he finished. Legit cried. I had my sweet puppy boy for 16 1/2 years and now I will have him with me forever. He also knocked out a finger coverup. Also perfect! Highly recommend this shop! Everyone is so friendly. I am looking for other B/G realism tattoos ideas cause I had such a great experience! Thanks Raphael for being so awesome and making my soul sparkle!

Walk in, concept in mind of what I wanted. Laura was great to work with, and patient with my requests and specifics. She let me know pricing once we had stencils sized and ready, I had a maximum price in mind and she was very generous with her pricing for the work. Great atmosphere overall, great crew who you can tell work together and watch out for one another. I would recommend Laura and Fat Kat for any future tattoos or piercings! The space and each artist (including their piercer) kept things very very clean in between appointments and during down time.

Everyone at the shop was great! I was very comfortable and trusted that Kaitlin would do a great job. And boy did she. I absolutely love my tattoo. The process was smooth and she talked me through everything she was doing while she was tattooing me, which I definitely appreciated. Things for my partner didn’t go as smoothly but that’s no fault of anyone at the shop. If we’re ever in Jacksonville again I will definitely be back! She took my doodle and turned it in a beautiful tattoo that I can be proud to show off.

We went to Fat Kat to get our 9 year old daughters ears pierced for the first time. It was such a wonderful experience. Misty went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable, explaining what she was doing the entire time. She is a wealth of knowledge on piercings and gave us very specific to dos and what NOT to do. The shop is very clean and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a piercing to go see Misty. She is patient, kind, and very professional.

Kaitlin has done ALL of the tattoos I have and I will continue to see her for as long as I can! She is so so so patient with the sketching and editing process as well as placement. It’s a permanent thing and she’s so understanding and helpful when it comes to finding the perfect tattoo and the perfect spot! She’s very detail oriented so if it’s not right, she’ll make it right! Highly recommend this place!

I have been to Fat Kat several times and always have an amazing experience! Edwin is an amazing piercer and so kind! They are extremely efficient and always welcome walk ins.

I went for their Friday the 13th special and had an awesome tattooist by the name of Tom. He was quick and the tattoo is beautiful. I've now decided to do a whole villain set and can't wait to have him complete it.
