Very friendly staff. I had an appointment with Frank and he took a minute to come and greet me while he finished up another customer. Frank covered up two old pieces with one larger piece and he met and exceeded my expectations! I will be back!

I just got my 2nd piercing by CHRIS he is a beast! My lip piercing was painless and quick. Got my tongue pierced tonight and I ain't gonna lie...it hurt but my boy CHRIS made me feel confident and it was quick. I also got a dope Sagittarius tat behind my ear by my beautiful friend LAURA. She is so sweet and professional. I was indecisive about which design I wanted and LAURA helped me choose one confidently. While I was waiting, I watched MISTY take care of several piercings and she was absolutely stellar with her customers. I love this shop. Great people and a comfortable vibe.

Misty pierced my septum today. I had a bad experience a couple weeks ago with another piercer who did the piercing completely wrong, and I ended up having to take it out days later. Chris was awesome and did an excellent job at getting it done quick and efficiently! He was also super friendly and was keeping me distracted from my tattoo. I was out of state when I got the tattoo and if I ever stop by Jacksonville, I am definitely coming back if I want another tattoo!

Service was quick and easy, even as a walk-in. I didn’t get the name of my piercer but she did amazing. Super sweet, great conversationalist, overall just really good vibes. Me and my friend came in to get our ears pierced and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely be my first recommendation if someone asked me where to get pierced!
