Unprofessional on the phone. Made me text photos then tells me I can't get my tattoo placed where I wanted it. I have big arms it would fit. I went else where and got what I wanted.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This artist set up an appointment for 9 am. I showed up at 9:05 and they said because we were “late” they left and closed the shop for the day even though online it says they close at 12:00. I was supposed to get a tattoo with my mother for my birthday and it was her first tattoo. They claimed they waited for us and closed because we didn’t call, if they “waited” and we were only 5 minutes late, how long did they even “wait” for. Even a doctors office gives you a 15 minute grace period. If you value your time and want an artist who actually cares for their clients DONT come here.
