Phil is great! We came in yesterday we had an idea and he drew up mine and my grandpa's tattoo. He was fast but most importantly it was CLEAN!!!! They're super friendly! I will always use him! I'm not from here but come down once a year so I'll make that part of my yearly visit!!

Had a great experience with Cory from start to finish. He was quick to respond and answered my questions right away. After our initial consult I had no idea what he would come up with for the actual appointment, but he was truly able to take my vision and turn it into a beautiful peace of work. The shop was clean and had a great feel to it, not dark or intimidating like many shops you go to. Will definitely be continuing my sleeve here and am looking forward to working with Cory again!

I've been in this shop twice despite living within walking distance for years(I simply have a more preferred shop, nothing personal). My first time I got a Harry Potter tattoo for Friday the 13th which I absolutely love and more recently I got a new piercing. This shop is very clean, friendly and personable. Even during the Friday the 13th sale that they had going I didn't feel resented, I didn't get an ounce of attitude, if my artist(whose name I don't remember) was tired by the time he did mine I had no idea. It was a bit of a wait(to be expected) but I was out in under 10 minutes. For my piercing it was Jake who did it who was very gentle(with the exception of sticking a needle through my skin) and answered all my questions and those of my friend, who has the same piercing. I definitely like this shop.

Awesome place to get tattooed at; great people there make it feel comfortable. Phil did all my tats and done an outstanding job. He’s who I look for when I want a tat. I’m not knocking the other, because they’re all great artists. I have seen some great work there. Phil’s the man though.

I've taken my daughter for 3 piercings, and I've gotten 2 simple tattoos. The piercings were all done quickly, and for a reasonable price. Jake is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful for aftercare. Cory did both of my tattoos exactly as I wanted and very precisely which is important since they're symbols on my wrists. He also advised me against getting a tattoo I thought I wanted since in the long run, it would've looked bad. That says a lot when a business turns money away for the better of a customer. I won't go anywhere else and would recommend this place to my friends.

Recently went to Black Swan Tatoo and I was very impressed. I had a fairly complex armband done and Phil really took the time to get it perfect. I also had a design on my fore arm and he scaled it up and down so that it was the right size for me. The shop is clean and the prices are reasonable. I was happy enough to book another appointment next week.

First time visit, walked in for a small cover up. We were helped immediately, everyone was super nice and friendly. Phil Snyder did a great job, was friendly, and very helpful. Made plans to get some more work done by him. We will defintely be back!

My wife and I were looking for a place and one of the guys at the gym walked by and we noticed his tattoos and I told my wife “I bet they’re Black Swan”. when we asked where he got them he said he actually worked there. We’ve been going ever since, we’ve gotten a few and continuously planning our next. All are great artist and all do amazing work. Highly recommendable.
