I have been going to this shop for 4 years and always have the same experience. It is a very mellow atmosphere and everyone always seems to be in a great mood! Although I go to the same artist, it doesn't matter who you get tattooed by, they are all fantastic. On top of everything great about the shop, it's right next door to Tate's!

Wonderful customer service. My daughter got her nose pierced. The piercer was nice and over explained everything to make sure we had the best care. Great place!

I came in to get just my ears re-pierced after having gauges for years. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and I explained I had some scar tissue from surgery to close the previous gauges. She got the piercer Steven and he assured me getting them pierced again wouldn't be a problem! He was so knowledgeable that I decided to get my nose, and an industrial piercing at the same time! He pierced me 5 times that day and every needle was as smooth as butter,he has Ana amazing touch. I also was put on a list for walk in tattoos the same say and got a call 2 hours later! I went back and saw Nate for some memorial Xxxtentacion tatts,and Nate was just as knowledgeable in tattoos as Steven was for piercings! I was in town from cocoa beach and I'll definitely be back!💚💚🤘🤘👍👍

Stephen, the artist that did my piercing, is amazing. All the other reviews are true. He took his time to explain the entire process to this drama queen before we began and all throughout. I got my nose pierced and was scared of the pain but guess what it was ALMOST PAINLESS! He was great.
The young lady who processed the transaction was professional - yet warm and friendly.
Another man (maybe the owner) was also very friendly. He made it feel like the Cheers bar of tattoos.
I am definitely going back! You should try them too.

Piercer said that g23 titanium was not a good metal? Also stated that saline was not good and to use antibacterial soap. I’m sure any professional who just read that would understand how wrong that is. Grade 23 titanium is one of the safest metals that you can use for piercings it is considered implant grade, and antibacterial soap is just asking for an infection! Please be careful! Remember use sterile saline solution with a sterilized a Q-tip! Never any type of soap or at home salt mixture!
Reply: I am not a licensed piercer but I am in the process, are you aware that antibacterial soap used to clean piercings is controversial and not medically proven to be safe? I’m sure if you guys have licenses that you are aware of this. My comment is constructive criticism, personally I can take constructive criticism but maybe don’t act so entitled in your response? Have a “wonderful“ day. If you need any help finding some classes I can guide you!

This shop is amazing! I got my half sleeve done by Roger and my septum pierced by Steven. Roger was super professional and light handed, my tattoo came out amazing!! Steven was also very professional and my piercing was quick and painless. Everyone at this shop does a great job and I will never go anywhere else! Thanks Rock-A-Billy 😊
