I got my septum done a few weeks ago and just got my nose done yesterday and I love them, the piercers are super nice and make sure everything's clean/sanitized before they do anything, it's the best place I've gone too and I'm definitely going to keep going there.

I have 3 tattoos from New Addiction and they are all exactly what i wanted and more. I just got a tattoo by Mark of my daughters names and it came out so beautiful, better then i visioned it in my head. Everyone there is super funny and laid back. Great shop and great people👌👌👌

I have been very pleased with this shop. It appears to have been recently renovated and looks quite nice. More than that, the work they do is fantastic. My girlfriend and I came here for below-the-belt piercings and Randall really took care of us. This was my first piercing and probably her 400th but we left equally impressed. Both piercings were done free hand and are perfectly aligned. Randall also did a great job of following up and fitting me with new jewelry at no extra charge. We really couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend New Addiction.

I was a walk in for a bellybutton piercing. Mikey was very nice and walked me through the whole process - including picking a jewelry shape right for my body type (most important so I look good!). Other people have complained about the cost but take it from me it’s worth it. I have allergies to most jewelry but what Mikey carries I can wear. It’s high quality and worth the money. I’ll go back for future piercings!

I came in to get my septum jewelry changed that I'd bought from a different shop. The ring was much too small and quite painful. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman who changed my piercing for me was lovely. He stayed conscious of my tender piercing and took his time while removing it to ensure I wouldn't experience any further discomfort. I was on a tight budget, and he still took his time to give me options for new jewelry that was in my price range instead of trying to push a bigger sale on me, which I very much appreciated.

Mikey did an awesome job on my nose piercing. I had my nose pierced twice before and had issues with the jewelry and healing both times. I wasn't told how to properly care for the piercings previously. Mikey was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He made sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend him for piercings!!

Completely professional, amazing jewlery and piercing environment. I got my bellybutton pierced here and as a minor i was really nervous, but i was talked through, and made to feel really safe. And if you need any help you can just go back anytime. theyre super nice.
