My family (4 of us) came in to get very small simple tattoos as walk in appointments (on a Saturday). The artists did a great job and make sure we were happy before tattooing. Our only complaint is the wait time due to them being short staffed and waiting for an artist to arrive. In total we were here for over 2 hours waiting for set up and the artist to come in and then get our tattoos done. It would’ve been nice if multiple artists helped us and we didn’t have to stick with just one. We could’ve been out of here sooner if they divided us up better. Very nice staff though!

Your policy to take a cash deposit for an appointment and refuse to refund it is beyond unprofessional. I booked an appointment 3 days in advance and WAS NOT informed at the time I made the appointment that it was non-refundable. Otherwise I wound totally accept this theft of my money. So, when my travel plans changed I went in with plenty of notice ( 2 days) to cancel the appointment and request a refund of $50. This is totally unacceptable. Places like this are so typical of the ridiculously bad service that is prevalent in South Beach. With so many 5 stars reviews I was surprised by the treatment received, especially as left without any resolution, the laughter coming from your “manager” and other staff. I am so disappointed in this experience.

Went there to get my ears pierced and had AJ help me out with the whole process, I can assure you she really helped with the whole process from relaxing me through it and getting it done quick! I would come back here for future piercings/tattoos if I ever did want one. All around great service and definitely recommend if you needed a tattoo or piercing! Thank you AJ for the ear piercing and the great service! :)
