I initially got a tattoo in their nyc location and unfortunately the tattoo didn’t last longer than a couple weeks. I reached out to the artist who said she would do free touch ups but given that I live in miami she put me in touch with that location. From the second I connected with them they were all too happy and ready to fix the tattoo. The customer service with Uplift has been incredible. And while the tattoo didn’t work with the artist in nyc I still had an incredible experience up there and it’s wonderful to see a business that truly works to satisfy the customer even across state lines. THANK YOU Uplift!

Jackie was extremely attentive to every detail during the session whether it’s correct placement, redoing a stencil, or helping you pick out the perfect design. Uplift tattoo was extremely clean and she made sure to show me all her supplies were up to date and all equipment was nice,clean and sterile. Not only that, but the employees are extremely kind and make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish. Definitely give this new place a try you won’t regret booking a session with them.

My friends and I went to Miami for a girls trip and decided to get tattooed. Being that we’ve never been in the area before we looked everywhere to find a great place that that had high quality tattoos and that wouldn’t take advantage of us because we were tourists. Thankfully we found Uplift tattoo! Anastasia was AMAZING! We reached out to her via Instagram and she was extremely helpful and professional in every way possible. She came up with designs that we were all satisfied with and was able to easily tweak things for us if need so that everyone would be happy with their tattoo. If you are looking to get tattooed in Miami don’t think about going anywhere else other than UPLIFT. You won’t regret it. Also, the shop was extremely clean and very aesthetically pleasing. My tattoo is healing well and I’ve gotten many compliments so far. Thank you Ana and Uplift for the great experience.

Had an appointment for 6 PM; and was there at 5:45 just to be safe. Walked in and wasn't greeted, but the artists were with clients so I completely understood. Stood at the register for over ten minutes waiting for service and was finally recognized that I was there. I told them that I had an appointment for 6 and was told to take a seat. I sat and waited...and waited....and waited.
After 20 minutes and the artist being done for almost 15, I thought I would be able to get to my appointment. Sadly, that did not happen. I continued to be ignored and was well past my appointment time.
But it's ok I guess. Since the two white girls that came in after me were IMMEDIATELY greeted by name and were sat down with, their customer service must be amazing.

My mum and I had been scoping around for somewhere to get matching tattoos. I stumbled across our artist Jakki through instagram and loved the fine line work she did. She usually works at Uplift Tattoo in NYC but was coming down to the Miami studio for a week which worked out perfectly for us. It was super easy to make an appointment online, the only issue you may have is with parking in the area so make sure to account for that in your travel time.
Jakki was absolutely lovely and very patient, we love how they came out. Also, remember to leave a nice tip for your artist :)
