Atrocious experience!!!
A did my tattoo retouch a few months ago and after a healing process was done I realized a few patches that were missed by master.
Immediately contacting the of the shop I had opportunity to speak to the owner who named himself Jovan.
Explaining him what exactly happened, describing the artist and the dates of the visit and he said that there is no problem and he is gonna send a confirmation to my cell with an appointment to fix mistakes with no cost. I double asked if there is anything else I should provide
Coming next morning all excited and happy and taking my partner to support me I ended up witnessing absolute unprofessional and extremely poor treatment.
The only master at the shop at that moment wasn't aware of the fact that we were coming and asked for older confirmations.
Feeling already aggravated that I have to go through the same conversation I instantly contacted Jovan again who's at that point wouldn't recognize our, fix shops mistake at no cost and he only can provide a poor discount, constantly twisting his words and tried to make me pay same amount as my first retouch.
I wasted my time, my partners time by coming to this shop that clearly has zero consideration and professionalism (clearly masters don't stay long) towards their patrons and faced only false promises.
Pathetic.

I didn't catch the artists name who did my tattoo but he was amazing and attentive to detail! He had a light hand when tattooing I highly recommend! I would definitely fo back next time in miamiHxe even me help draw the idea and we put our ideas together great experience!!

Felipe was awesome! It was my first tattoo and he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. He made it painless and fun. I came with a group of five of us on a girls trip and he made sure we were all taken care of. He was very fast and professional. I would definitely recommend him!

I Really wanted to love this place. The studio is clean and has a great vibe and the artists are very friendly and accommodating but the skill seems to be lacking.
The line work I was left with is blotchy and missing in a lot of places there seemed to be no method to the shadeing and what was supposed to be a black and gray realism tattoo was shaded completely gray and has no depth.
Hoping that this was a fluke I went back for them to fix it I even got something else. Unfortunately it wasn't. Now I'm left with two blotchy completely gray tattoos and a lot of disappointment.

The first person to great you is KO and I can honestly say she’s the best! She automatically makes you feel welcomed and at home. She takes anything into consideration and is very devoted to getting you what you want!
One of the best tattoo experiences I ever had and can’t wait for more! They take their work and professionalism very seriously. From small to big pieces it always looks great and well done!!! Definitely would recommend this place.

Absolutely IN LOVE with this place! Felipe and Ignacio were super nice and attentive and they both have an amazing eye for detail. They answered all of our questions and concerns and it barely hurt! Will definitely be coming back!!

This has been the best tattoo experience I have had. This is my fifth tattoo, and by far my favorite. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the sweetest, friendliest person ever KO! She included us in her food run, she was very knowledgeable and we just adored her. Willy was our artist, my husband and I both got the tree of life tattoos with a different twist on each to make them unique to us, and he nailed it! The artwork was spectacularly and his lines are the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I would definitely recommend this place a thousand times. They have made lifelong customers out of us.
