Go check David out!! He did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I asked for. He was confident during our consultation when discussing tattooing color on darker toned skin. I’ve been turned away for sometime now because of lack of confidence in that area. However, David did not let me down. His wife was so helpful as well during this process! Great team!!

Dave was awesome! I took my mom in to get her breast cancer tattoo. Dave was extremely professional and runs a clean shop. He got her tattoo done and it was the exact size and color she wanted. I got dermals done, and couldn't be more thrilled. His process is sterile and he answers any/all questions you may have. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone looking for tattoos or piercings!!!
Not to mention, his prices are extremely fair.

I recently moved here and I can honestly say Ocean Wave tattoo is the best tattoo shop I have ever been to. I've had four tattoos done here and from the moment you walk in you feel like you're among friends. This isn't a tattoo shop that just wants your money, they genuinely want to create the tattoo you've been dreaming of at a reasonable price. Even if I move away I won't be tattooed by anyone else, these guys are the real deal. The business was the cleanest I have seen. Super sweet people! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was a walk in and Dave got my nose pierced in no time! Highly recommend!

These guys and gal were absolutely the kindest ever. My piercing (done at another shop in PA) fell out of my nose so I showed up with an earring in my hole and everyone made me feel so comfortable and laughed with me. Then my sister got her nose pierced and it was the absolute best experience. This place has a great staff and wonderful service. They kept apologizing for the wait and it was only a few minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

I have had a tattoo from all 3 artist: Dave, Chris, & Jeff. I've gotten in total 6 tattoos from them and will forever be a client. Ive also gotten 2 piercings and had no issues with healing.
