This is an okay tattoo shop, however having gone to a different tattoo shop about a year later. I then realized this shop is by far anywhere near great. Artists aren’t very talkative or friendly, don’t really explain much of anything and seem to be annoyed at the fact that you’re there for a service. It was my first tattoo so I figured maybe they’re all like that but aces high tattoo shop was much better shop to go too and the artist seemed so much more passionate about doing the work. I got a small tattoo not too big and now I realize I was also over priced compared to the second I got which is literally about 5 times bigger and price wasn’t a huge jump. If it’s your first time. Better off going somewhere else to make sure you get that great hospitality and service. Try aces high! Hope this helps. :)

I went there with my co-worker to get piercings done... I felt like we were being rushed .. He was like he is not rushing , but the piercer was .. he was upset that he was out of receipt paper for his cash register .
My co- worker went first... He (Retro) didn't mark anything ..didn't take his time to see if we liked our placement .. He just jabbed us both with the needle....she wasn't happy with her helix piercings, she wanted it higher....
My helix piercings in the back could have been closer to my head ... Its not straight..to my liking ..its on the curve of the ear ..not straight back .. Don't want to get it again..since it was a gift to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! He did not take his time ..he rushed us , as paying customers..Poor service .

Unfortunately I have not been able to go back to see my friend Phil blast and quite some time but there is no question in my mind that he is still the same amazing person that I became friends with years ago! I miss you buddy! I'm still wearing the tattoo you gave me! LOL

Was greeted by someone behind the desk, shop is clean and bright. Had no appointment, walked in to get 2 piercing and so far i am pleased. RETRO was awesome, asked what i wanted and said he will with me shortly. Had 2 people before me but didnt wait more than 15 minutes. He was quick and professional.
Also spoke to Anthony C about a cover up i wanted to get done, he answered my question to the best he could and gave me his card to check out his cover up work. Will definitely return.

Awesome place. I had a tongue piercing put in with the length too short. It was trying to heal around the tongue ring that I had in!!
Because of Covid-19, they were not doing any tongue piercings but they told me that I could come in and that they would check it out.
He replaced my tongue ring from 5/8 to 7/8 and really helped me out before it got really bad!!
He only did it for $10.00 bucks!! Thank you New Demensions Tattoo!!!!!!

i got an industrial piercing and overall the process was quick and straight to the point. scanned my ID and went to the back. only downside is that they don’t give you a bottle of H2Ocean to accompany the piercing. so you have to go out and spend $$ on a bottle. but clean, professional, and worth the drive. 👍🏼

Ok so I've been coming to this location for the past 4 years. My first experience was with Retro. Most of the time when I'd come into to see him he had a nasty attitude for no reason. I got a nostril piercing from him once and he didn't screw the ball on tight enough and it fell off. I came in the next day to get a new one and you would've thought that I kicked this guy's puppy. He gave me all sorts of attitude for HIS mistake and never offered an apology. The next piercer that I went to I don't recall his name but he has man bun and has a pure heart. He has beautiful energy and you can tell that he loves what he does. My only complaint with him is that he gave me the wrong size rings for my piercings and they're starting to close up. I came in yesterday and was met with Retro and his unpleasant attitude for the last time. I pay entirely too much money for my work to not be done correctly and to deal with your incompetent employee. I'm never coming back to this place again. Don't bother trying to make it up to me because most of the negative reviews are about the piercer and we all know who that is and you've done nothing about it. All you guys care about is money and becsuse of that I'm done🎩!!!
