Me and my friend went to get piercings I got my belly ring and she got her snake eye tongue piercing the piercer was very patient and understanding to the fact that I have a lot of anxiety and it helped. The overall environment was nice very chill really liked it

What I don’t understand is why my best friend went in there for a tattoo today and he was told the artists have open availability and the artist told him how long it would take but then refused to do the tattoo for him because he “did not feel like doing it today ” at that point if you don’t want to tattoo, go home and give the space to someone who actually does.

I got the tattoo spur of the moment on Saturday. I called ahead of time and they said if I could come in asap, they'd be sure to get me in with an artist. The artist ended up hand sketching exactly what I wanted, and as you can see, the tattoo came out great!

I waited 4 months to put this review up. It was my first tattoo so i had and still to this day have no experience. I walked in there and the staff was super unprofessional, didnt greet or offer help, nothing at all. Until finally someone came and asked “what do you want?” It was a guy that did piercings. So my friend got pierced but i got a tattoo. This guy didnt even say his name all he said was the price “$150” which i did not mind because i went in there just willing to pay if it was what I wanted(a very small tattoo so it was overpriced). He was so rude and just unfriendly i felt uneasy and i still went through it because I really wanted the tattoo. He didnt explain to me anything about how to take care of it or what to buy for it, nothing! I went to see the reviews and saw they did touch ups for their tattoos, so i called 4 months later(today) asking about that. Turns out its 30 days after the tattoo has healed they do that also they asked me for the artist name. Conveniently the artist didn’t say his name or mentioned anything about that rule. If i knew i wouldve gone back the same week because my tattoo has so many patches. I really want more tattoos now and idont mind prices but after this experience im very skeptical of tattoo shops specially where the artists or employees are predominantly white because they seem to treat their white customers with care, contrary to us a couple of latinos that walked in. I recomend Phil he was very nice and greet us when we walk in with my Son, we didnt have any appoinment,
and he said its ok no worries, it was my son 1rst tattoo and i was freaking out 🙈,but Phil was so nice and did a great job. Place is clean and profesional.

I love this place my Piercer to retro he’s very friendly very kind very professional and he knows what he’s doing he’s always gentle with you and always make sure he takes good care of you I gave him 100 star rating I wouldn’t go to anyone else but him

I got my first Tattoo there. It was completely random and impulsive. i got dropped off by a friend of mine. I walked in like I was at a barbershop and asked out loud "hey can anybody give me tattoo? 9 letters across the ribs?" (ouch) Mike hooked me up. Great Rates. I love it! I went in to get a couple piercings done and I was really nervous. Retro made me comfortable and just walked me through everything. I will definitely be returning for any future piercings or tattoos!
