Gulf Coast Professional Tattoo

Jessalynn is a outstanding tattoo artist who takes your dream and makes them real on your skin. I have many tattoo's and out of all of the artist's, her professionalism was my favorite. High Recommend!

I had Riley. This was my first tattoo and she did a fantastic job. I love it so much!! She was very sweet and told me what she was going to do next. I would recommend this place and for my next tattoo I will come back here!!!

I went to Derec after a family member recommended him and he was great !! Super clean and professional all while keeping me laughing the entire time. He listened to what I wanted and really took the time to come up with a tattoo I’m proud to show off. He was very reasonably priced and I will definitely come back to him for all my tattoos!!!!

Since I’ve moved to Panama City I have only gone to gulf coast professional. Whether it be from flash Friday the 13th tattoos or going to my girl Jessalyn Scott for everything big. So far she’s done 3 of my tattoos and I’m so friggin in love with each and everyone of them. She is extremely professional for being so new to the tattoo world and her line work is on par with some long term industry people. I’d highly recommend her for color and line work!

My wife and I both got tattoos today at Gulf Coast and we love them. Derrick was the artist and did a great job. Very professional and great staff I would recommend this place if you need a great tattoo plus very good prices. From St. Louis to Panama City Beach Thanks again!!!!!

My friends and I wanted a simple matching tattoo and they were super accommodating, took 4 of us right on the spot and listened to exactly what we wanted. Another shop quoted us $40 more for the same tattoo. Would definitely recommend.

It was on the beach now in town. My daughter had a tattoo done that was not expensive and it looks awesome 😎I have already received three tattoos from here. Exceptional work! 😎

Dave did a great job piercing my daughter. Very nice and professional. Explained how to take care of it and the girl at front desk was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone

ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS!
I came down from georgia on vacation and was looking to get two new tattoos. The duck toy from Nightmare Before Christmas, and a gray gradient.
My first experience with this shop is my first phone call to them. I was quickly answered by a very sweet lady (not sure which one) and she answered all of my questions and was very nice.
The next day, i walk to the shop to get a consultation and see if they could give me an appointment. I walked in and was greeted by christilina (Im deaf so that name may be a little off), she gave me a consultation right there. The price was, as everyone else has said, extremely fair and not under or overpriced. I gave her my designs and she had me put down a deposit. Next thing i knew, i had an appointment for two tattoos the next day with an artist named Riley.
I mentioned to her about my deafness and she made sure to tell Riley about this. Normally, they wouldnt bother, but she went the extra step to tell Riley beforehand. I'm grateful. I am a late deafened adult, and can speak very well, so we had no problem communicating at all with the use of my cochlear implant and lip reading.
The day following, i walk again to the shop which is kept at a nice cool yet comfortable temperature (Thank god, because florida is way too hot), and met Riley.
Riley had no problem whatsoever with my fine tuning of placement, shading, and size of my tattoos which admittedly took longer than i expected. This was entirely my indecisiveness and not the tattoo parlors fault.
Riley and i talked about how we love the movie Nightmare before Christmas. She seemed genuinely excited to tattoo the duckie.
Finally landed on the right size and she got everything prepared for the tattoo. We go to a section of the store visible from the door, but they have curtains for more privacy if necessary.
As we walked back there, another artist came by and mentioned his eagerness to see the tattoo when it was done. He and Riley both gave off friendly vibes and it was very easy to get comfortable around them both. I regret that i did not hear his name correctly, id like to give a special thank you to him for recommending an amazing album based off the movie.
After some talking about which tattoo to get first, the friendly male tattoo artist recommended that i get the inner bicep done first as it is more painful than the location i had planned for the second one. He was right.
Riley and I had pleasant conversation while she tattooed my arm. Shes very gentle yet as firm as she needs to be. I knew when i had seen her designs on her Instagram (@uglyrileytattoo), that i was in good hands.
After the first one, she placed the temporary outline for the grayscale on my forearm, i did not like the way it looked on my arm and she ended up replacing the outline at least 8 times before i decided that it was best to get it somewhere else. Riley suggested the calf which i thought was genius as i needed a piece of skin that would not warp the tattoo as i move my limb around.
The calf was painful but its a tattoo so you should always be prepared for pain. The gray scale tattoo has very specific shades of gray and in an order that is also specific. She lined up the cups of ink in the correct order and showed it to me to make sure i liked it. She adjusted as need be.
When both tattoos were done, i got up, took some pictures, she looked really happy with both of them, naturally i was very happy.
The very nice woman that gave me the post tattoo instructions also gave me a number to contact her if i had any questions.
My only complaint is that mask usage was not mandatory for the artists. Im deaf and i lipread as well as use a cochlear implant so i should be grateful but if you are worried about covid, i would take that into consideration.

Everyone is SUPER friendly and talented. Loved every minute of my experience!

It was an absolutely amazing experience. I had my tattoo done by James. He's a awesome laid back guy. Amazing job he did on my arm. Very fair price. Would recommend anyone who wants to get a tattoo from here to get it from James.🤟💪Great experience any military personel.🇺🇲
