Chief(kevin) at alliance brought my imagination to art and more. He KILLED my tattoo I was wanting. and even put some of his expertise into it to make it even more awesome. Highest you can review is 5 stars, but if there was a 6th star I would leave a 6th star. HIGHLY recommend going here especially if your military. he’s (chief) retired military and you can tell he really does it because he loves the military!!
