This review is based on customer service. Here’s my experience: I called to book an appointment. The owner answered and seemed very impatient over the phone. When we spoke about what I wanted and when she said she’s not available and handed the phone over to this other tattoo artist. I told him what I wanted and he asked do I have a picture that he’ll use. I suggested that it be an original piece, all my tattoos are originals and not copies of someone else’s work. He said because of the size and subject that there’s not much he can make as an original piece. So I messaged him on Instagram of what I wanted and specified if he can’t make it original than no big deal, I’ll just keep looking for an artist. I guess that ticked him off cause he didn’t reply back. Customer service is everything, so ill be taking my business elsewhere!! But I do wish them well with great success and hope they just had a bad day!
