Today i went to get a tongue ring and Felicia did a great job she was very polite she talked me through the process,she have 100%customer service skills she told me how to treat my pirceing for the healing process..... the shop was very clean and cozy especially the restroom I going to recommend all my family and friends to visit this shop especially for pirceings by Ms.Felicia she deserves the honor of being a great employee at the shop
