Karen was very patient and kind to my kid who had her ears pierced. She was dreading it for weeks. From taking my call to the end she was nothing but nice, friendly and professional. We did a walk-in, someone was before us I was worried my kid would work herself up into a frenzy over the fear of the piercing. But Karen made it fun, she kept my kid engaged and was so supportive. She was talking to her throughout the whole process, keeping it upbeat and lighthearted and kept her calm during what could be an ordeal that could go wrong. It is bright and clean inside with beachy colors sprinkled with good-natured skulls and cool designs peppered throughout. I love the music, too, had a cool rocker vibe. The place is also light and airy for kids who need their ears pierced. She is very good with children and kept everything positive with a great sense of humor. Whole process was clean, quick, complete with instructions. Karen is terrific!

Karen was delightful, funny, knowledgeable. Great customer service. Great execution of my piercing. Knew PROPER aftercare which impresses and reassured me i made the right choice in my body piercer. Proper aftercare is cheap and diligent. Not an add on to the initial procedure, which I've seen and heard other piercers sell more times than I can count.

I just got my ears pierced! Karen was so polite and professional, answered all my questions and made the entire process so smooth and it was painless! I really liked how the place felt clean and the fact that I got a little paper that thoroughly explains how should I properly take care of my new piercings so that everything heals properly! Definitely happy with this studio and if I decide to get any new piercing in the future this would be my place to go!

Blessed to have found Karen when I did. Went in with an embedded piercing (was done 5 days prior by someone else) and she was able to get it out without a hassle. Wish I could say pain free, but my ear wasn't having it, Karen did her best and explained the process, showed empathy to my pain throughout the entire thing! She even explained to me what was going on that caused the earring to get embedded and the screw up of the other people who did the piercing in the first place. She was able to provide me options in my healing journey with my new ring :) I can honestly say, I have a new spot in Sarasota/Bradenton that I will go to for my next at-home adventure!
