Amazing shop! I went in as a walk-in to get my nipples pierced, and I was helped by Yessika. She was very informative, helpful, and extremely kind. This helped calm my nerves, and the piercings turned out amazing! Very cute. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a piercing in a safe and clean environment.

She was able to fix my tattoo and provide me with exactly what I wanted. This was a horrible experience and I strongly recommend avoiding this shop unless you want to waste your time and get traumatized by a rude shop owner. My friends and I waited over an hour even though we scheduled an appointment multiple days in advance. We watched a young girl get pierced by the shop owner, Karen. This customer was treated horribly by Karen and told “she hopes she never comes back to her shop again” just because she was nervous. Karen brought this customer to tears and made her literally start sobbing by treating her so poorly. Mind you, this customer had already discussed that she had gotten pierced and tattooed and was fine with pain. Karen is very rude, unprofessional, and has a massive ego. I have never left a bad review before but felt a moral obligation to warn people before they give money to this woman.
