a few months ago, i had gone to this shop to get pierced with a friend of mine. we were pierced by karen, and i had gotten two helix piercings, and my friend had gotten two conch piercings. while the shop was very clean and karen was very friendly, sanitary, and laid back, we got pierced with the wrong sized jewelry, and received butterfly backings. after a few nights of constant, abnormal throbbing pain. we realized the jewelry was too small to accommodate for our swelling and healing, and went to another shop to get the jewelry swapped out. everything was great and wonderful aside from this issue, but it could have saved a lot of pain and discomfort by using the correct jewelry. take this into consideration if you decide to get pierced at this shop.

It’s my second time coming here for a piercing and I absolutely love it! Karen never disappoints and I’ll definitely be coming back here again. I’ve gotten a septum here about a year ago and it’s healed wonderfully. Everything was sanitary and professionally done. I just finished getting a vertical labret and it looks amazing! 10/10 experience. Would recommend.

I walked into Eternal Art Inc. because I noticed it said walk-ins were available. I have never, in my life, gotten a tattoo. This was my first experience, and the entire experience can be summed up in one word: superb! Karen, the artist and owner, did my tattoo. She was extremely welcoming and professional. She answered every question I had and then some. I would recommend her to anyone - - especially a person getting their first tattoo. She is truly amazing at her craft, and I love my tattoo!
