I made an appointment with Audra for my Tragus to be re-pierced. Before coming in, I reached out to inquire and she was so nice and informative! She got back to me quickly about my questions so I scheduled with her. I can say this was the best experience I have had! She is extremely professional and is very experienced in her craft. I also want to point out that she has the clients’ best interest and it isn’t just about her making money like some places are- my first jewelry selection she went to inspect prior to piercing me and noted that she didn’t feel comfortable with the way it was closing and didn’t want to risk me losing it, so I selected a new piece and I absolutely love it. I would drive back for my next piercing right now if there was availability! Can’t wait to schedule more. Thanks so much Audra!

Great experience! My 10 year old daughter just had her ears pierced. She was definitely a little nervous, but Megan and Crea did an awesome job walking us through all the steps. Super clean, super knowledgeable, super friendly. I don’t know the name of the girl who was working out front but she was awesome too! Definitely recommend for piercings.

My piercer was Amazing. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease. Her pep talk was amazing. Barley felt the needle go through my tongue and wish she could do my blood work. 😂 staff was Great and the shop is clean and sanitary. Thank you for making my experience a fantastic one.!

I took my 4 year old daughter in today for ear piercing. We really love that Z Edge doesn’t use guns. The staff were absolutely phenomenal from A-Z! My girl didn’t even say ouch! Plus everything was done professionally and with complete hygienic care. I’m 42 so I love the 90’s alternative music playing! Plus I saw a friend on the way in who highly suggested the gal that helped us today! She said she’s the best. TOTAL WIN 🫶💕💕

The shop was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I’ve had my eyebrows pierced before and they were able to use the older holes so that I wouldn’t have any extra holes. It also healed quickly and without any complications. I would and intend on using them again. Thank you for doing a fantastic job it was greatly appreciated 😊
