Came to st. Augustine for vacation didn't call or make an appointment I walked in and the tattoo gods were smiling because Mr. Mike franco had a cancelation 2 days later i was in the chair at an earlier time than quoted. Mike franco and Skyler jinx are nothing short of DaVincis in their artwork. Great shop great people awesome atmosphere and experience 100/10 will more than likely drive back to Florida, just for another tattoo from here (from VA )

I had a great experience with Skyler! He was very professional, I wanted something and he made it even better, but gave me options didn't pressure me at all. I would highly recommend getting your next tattoo with these guys, they are awesome! Very reasonably priced as well.

I got my first bigger tattoo here done by Mike, and had him draw out my vision of what it wanted. He had a drawing ready to go when I arrived for my scheduled appt., but I wanted to make some changes and he did not hesitate to alter the design to my exact liking. He did not charge me for the additional time he was redrawing (or even the time that he was drawing the original image) so I feel like the rate is very reasonable, as I got exactly what I wanted and an overall great experience.
My appt was during a pandemic and everyone was wearing a mask and the shop limited people inside, and I felt very safe and taken care of. Mike is definitely doing my next tattoo!

Hi, I’m posting this review because as a supporter of small businesses (specially this one), it’s saddening to see how people resort to manipulation and blackmail. Reviews are extremely important for small businesses and reading that 1 star review that was left by the gentleman named Andy makes me so upset. Specially when the gentleman mentioned the artist gave him back the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If any service provider is willing to give you your money back because they don’t feel you guys are the best fit, that speaks more to professionalism than anything.
Here is a 5 star review for the amazing tattoos I’ve gotten by you guys and to counteract a bad review left out of spite.

Getting my first tattoo was a hard, not knowing what to get, not knowing the process, not knowing who to trust or how things will turn out- but not here! From start to finish it was a very welcoming experience. Clean environment, friendly staff, overall i no longer felt confused and i felt very involved and informed. You get what you pay for and these guys are worth the money! Will be going back again.
