This was my first time at a tattoo place and the experience was top-tier.
I was just there as emotional support for my friends getting piercings but the lady who pierced them (her name is Sassy) was nice and accommodating the whole time and got them pierced pretty quick with no problems.
Whenever I decide to get piercings, I'm coming back here.

Sassy was absolutely incredible!!! I had piercings from another shop (bink don’t go there) and she helped remove the piercings and was so kind and gentle. I would recommend her to everyone she is so knowledgeable about what she does and made me feel so comfortable!!

Great customer service, The front desk receptionist Legend had great humor & outgoing personality, she made me feel welcomed for my first tattoo & continuously remind me It was my birthday. I most definitely would recommend Empire anyday. Pearis my artist was also very welcoming & did great on my tattoo it was fast and wasn’t as bad as I expected. 5 Stars!!!

Tonight upon entering the shop the receptionist was not customer friendly. I asked about changing out jewelry as this was the third time my jewelry piece had come out. Instead of her addressing my concern she was stuck on how the prior receptionist put my prior piercing in the system last year in August. The receptionist name was Jamie. This was not my first encounter with Jamie. One night after coming all the way to the shop I was told they were closed one hour before closing time. This would have not been an issue however we had called prior to coming and was not advised once the shop would be closing early. If Jamie does not demonstrate great customer service then maybe the front desk is not the best place for her. I only seem to have issues when she is there. All other times that I have been in the shop I was treated with amazing customer service from people like Sassy, Ron, Mike as well as Ben. Please address this issue because while the shop is an amazing shop a customers experience starts when we walk through the shops doors

Empire is definitely my favorite spot in Tallahassee for tattoos and piercings. All the staff are very friendly and make me feel welcome, but I had the best experience with Ander as my tattoo artist! He’s very kind and super comfortable to work with ensuring I always get exactly what I want. His work is absolutely stunning and I love him for fine line/blackwork! All of my pieces have healed really well and I can’t wait to go back to such a talented artist! ❤️

I went in for a rook piercing with sassy and she did AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about piercing and very friendly which helped keep me calm. If you are looking to get a piercing I highly recommend going to sassy. I will be back to see her again!

Empire is definitely the best spot in Tallahassee for tattoos and piercings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience with Ander, he is super comfortable to work with and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, even on a busy day. His work is amazing and I love him for fine line/blackwork. My tattoo healed really well, so i highly suggest making an appointment with him!
