The worst customer service. I asked a simple question and the front desk was rude and belittling. Why did I pay $22 for a ticket when walk ins can also get a tattoo and I might not get it?Don’t bother calling them, their phone doesn’t even work :). Literally avoid this shop if you want something decent. Absolute waste of time and money. Thank you so much, Empire Tattooz!!! <3

Tessa was INCREDIBLE!! My husband recently got a tattoo of the first gnome he ever bought as well as gear shifter numbers. I sent Tessa a photo of the gnome and she honestly blew us away with her sketch and talent! Not only is Tessa crazy talented, but she was extremely professional, clean, and friendly. The customer service is great. But the chairs and tables are horrendous!!! The chairs are peeling and creak after any movement. I would enjoy my time in Empire more if I didn't accidentally take pieces of the chair home with me!
