Both coda and Steven has done 1 of my tattoos. Steven is dedicated and an amazing person to do a tattoo. Coda is a sweet and outgoing person and the quality of his tattoos are amazing. Would highly recommend.

My Mom and I went in for mother/daughter tattoos. Marcus did a great job! I will definitely be back soon for more ink!

For those who don't want to read an entire review, heres the short review: First- highly recommend Forbidden Images. Second- highly recommend Coda. Thats it.
For those who care to read on, heres the long review: Called the shop yesterday (a Saturday) and asked if they had any walk-in availability (a rarity on a weekend day). They said they might, just depends because the only guy open, Coda, had someone but, "first come, first serve". I went in hoping for an opening. Coda had someone in the chair that he was finishing, another person waiting who wanted something small- so I waited, only about an hour and a half. I have a bunch of tattoos, been worked on by several artists (including Litos the owner of the shop, over 15 years ago), and can honestly that Coda is A-rated. High energy, down to earth, cool guy. I didn't get any "major" work done (just some simple script lettering on each inner biceps), but Coda was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, got down to business quickly, fair priced, and had one of the best (lightest) hands in the business. He did a great job- fine lines, all straight, great fill-in, no blow-outs..."precise" is the word that comes to mind.
He is a great addition to the shop.
Again, I highly recommend Forbidden Images, and highly recommend Coda.

So a little story about why I not only drive almost 2 hours past other tattoo shops to go here- but why I will never go to another shop for any of my work- about 6 months ago I started my search for a new artist- I have a lot of cover up work- but also have a lot of new pieces I want- I reached out to various artist- had meetings one on one- looked thru portfolios- really tried my best to find someone I could go to and count on- not only was I kinda disappointed with the attitude and arrogance that was directed at me- most of the people I spoke with were flakey- one guy made me wait an hour just for him to tell me “I don’t do cover ups” I finally just bit the bullet and chose a girl to get my first piece done- everything about it was bad- and expensive- so much so I had to redo what she did... (and it cost $800.... and made it so I had ANOTHER coverup on top of all the work I already needed) I went to another guy that was said to be “amazing” and he was so involved with football that he didn’t care or listen to anything I had to say cause “he knew best” - and gave me a decent tattoo- but it was really nothing like I wanted and the suggestion I had to change it- he ignored.... so- really fed up and discouraged I randomly messaged Litos the owner of this shop- and with no hesitation he really started giving me great advise - he was so humble, polite and even though I wasn’t a client cared what I had to say- I knew this was what I was looking for, unfortunately he didn’t have any openings so he referred me to Coda.... so far I’ve booked a 7 hour, 4 hour and full day with him- he LISTENS to what I want- the whole time I’m there his attention is on YOU and your art. He gives great advise on what will work and constructive criticism on what won’t. He’s flexible, dependable, personable, and just a really cool guy with a great chilled out vibe! That’s not even taking into account the great product he puts out. With all the work I want done pricing is always a concern, but knowing that I’m going to have a great experience and walk out with a great piece of work makes it worth it. I’ve already booked 3 more full days in the next two months- this guy is just that great. I can’t recommend him enough. All the time I’ve spent at the shop it seems every artist is on another level with their craft and the whole atmosphere in the shop is the best I’ve seen so far in all my searching. If you’re unsure just go in and talk to them- watch how excited they get for something that means a lot to you, and you’ll see why it’s so hard to even think about going to another shop after.

Got an awesome tat from Coda. He was super friendly, with great conversation. I’m pretty good at sitting through tattoos, but if you’re the type that’s squirmy, ask for him. He’s got a very light hand.

Coda was my artist today! Friendly, very clean, and very talented. My first tattoo abd I felt very comfortable and safe in the chair! would reccomend!

Got my first tattoo yesterday from Miguel. He made me feel at ease .Did an amazing job on it .Will definitely be back he already has plan for a much bigger piece .Very clean place you wont be disappointed

Just got a new tattoo done by Coda and some touch up work to an old tattoo. He did an amazing job and his advice was spot on. Highly recommended and would return for any future work.

Litos and staff are perfect professionals. The ink colors they use are crazy bright, the artwork displayed is excellent, shop is VERY clean, the custom work I had done is superb. I have been making the trip from NYC for at least 10 years to have Litos perform his amazing craft on me. So impressed with his work that my wife is a dedicated Litos and Forbidden Images client too! Between the two of us, we spent well over 30 hours there combined getting memorial art, fantasy art and announcement art (children's names) done. My brothers have even made the trip down to get work done by the Forbidden Images family! Heck, even my mom decided to get one! Keep up the great work and I look forward to the next chance I get for another! Thanks again!
