Dragon Lily Tattoo

What can I say. My first ever tattoo session was with someone else and I had a horrible taste in my mouth as this person left my tattoo unfinished. My second and third tattoo were done by a different artist... they came out pretty well -- not perfect. I went to Lily with an outline on my forearm eager to get it complete. She said give me sometime to work the colors. That night she sent me her idea .. it was amazing. I went in the next day and got it done. Lily has a very soft touch, gentle and very kind. I'm proud to say as long as Lily is in business I would not even fathom going anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent work, astounding artistry. Got a new tattoo and getting an old one finished. After 12 years, I never found someone I would trust to finish what I started with my passed wife (original artist moved) until I started working with Tavo!

A good friend of mine had an amazing piece done on his chest from Dragon Lily. Impressed by the work, I inquired about the shop. I had a Chinese Congi on my chest. My 2nd ever tattoo and regretted it the day I got it. I had an idea of a cover up I wanted done, and had been to two other shops in the area both of which said it would be near impossible to cover it up. I went in to see Doug and Lily. I explained what I was looking for and the symbolism behind the Phoenix that I wanted, Doug busted out the magic marker and came up with sketched a rough idea on me. Next he sent me a computer graphic imposed on some body pics he took during our consultation. I had a few concerns and gave him some additional pictures to strengthen the vision of what I was looking for. A few days later Doug sent me the image, and again superimposed on photos of my body, and I was immediately in love. Worth every penny, he covered up the image and gave me a unique, amazing piece of work that I am 100% in love with. Doug and Lily are super cool, laid back people, and I would (and do) recommend them to everyone interested in getting some custom made artwork. Our bodies are the journal, our tattoo's are the stories. They made this come alive for me, and gained a lifetime customer. I'll have all my future work done here.

I was visiting Fort Lauderdale for my Anniversary and my husband's birthday we stopped in and Doug helped us design our new tattoos. We love our new tattoos he did a awesome job I will be back

Tavo is the most amazing artist I’ve ever encountered and I am not a newbie to tats. He is patient when you’re giving him ideas on creating your ink. He’s also creative as well. Very professional I will be returning ASAP.

I’m lying I said all they ☝🏾 that for the free shirt, WAY over priced three of us came for matching tattoos 60 each for kindergarten drawings I swear if we weren’t in the moment of making memories I wouldn’t have got it but I love my bestfriend way to much to let the moment pass.

I finally got my first tattoo yesterday after years of deliberation and months of research. I am so happy that my research led me to DragonLily Tatoo and Lily. Lily's eye for design and attention to placement and detail were outstanding. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend DragonLily Tattoo.

I went Dragon Lily tattoo at the behest of a friend of mine and, while I was told how awesome they were, I was still a bit apprehensive. I met Lily and told her that I needed to do something about my arm that was less serious than cutting it off. She smiled and then asked what I had in mind. She was very patient as I told her what I was thinking about and then, very patiently, began explaining how she could make it better. Explaining about flow and colors. Guiding me towards the promise land instead of just saying "yeah whatever" and taking my money. Holy crap! This lady cares! This is unheard of! So I give her my deposit, slap her a high five and left the shop. Lily had a concept for my sleeve within a week and she was putting needle to skin a few days after that.

Now, let me tell you, I'm no cake walk. These abominations on my arm aren't small. And they are all black. Solid black. I didn't always make good decisions. But it has been four (4) sessions now and even though my sleeve isn't done, you can hardly tell I had those "prison house" tats before. Lily's a genius. A true artist. Her colors, her line work, her EVERYTHING is just phenomenal. I have never had tattoo compliments. No, typically people kind of just pretend they aren't there, which I appreciate. But now everyone compliments my art.

All in all, the environment of the shop is as comfortable as the people are nice. These are people who love their jobs. Who believe in what they do. They WANT you to have an amazing thing to show off. They WANT you to be happy and have confidence. You are NOT just money to them. These aren't just great artists, these are top tier people who won't lead you astray.

Decided to get a tattoo in honor of a loved one who recently passed away. Walked in with unclear ideas and Lily and Amelia helped me create a design that translated everything my friend loved. Amelia did an amazing job that brought tears to my eyes when I saw the final result! I absolutely love it, and the tattoo means a lot to me! Thank you <3
