The tattoo artist was rude and obnoxious towards a woman. She asked specifically for an Afrocentric tatto. He gave a price of 250 but insisted on 2 tacky tattoos with very little effort or detail about them. He kept insisting on what he like versus what the customer requested. My child could draw a better tatto for free. His attitude was unprofessional and horrible. After waiting for 2 hour for an agreed upon drawing he says he doesn’t accept debit credit cards he wants cash. I walked out and never going back. A waist of time.

I have had two tattoos done at WTL. Joe did the first one and it turned out great. When a touch up was needed, he took care of it and it still looks new a year later. My second tattoo was done by Corey Lambert. He said his work was guaranteed as well. I followed the after-care directions to the letter, and even after an initial touch up, some of the black lines are broken, uneven and lighter in color than others. After allowing time for healing, I went back and asked him to look at it again. I was very surprised when he simply refused. He said he could not waste any of the shop's resources to correct this per shop policy. When I reminded him that he said his work was guaranteed, he said he was only saying that to be nice. A tiny bit of ink and 5 minutes of his time (the shop was totally empty of customers at the time) would have taken care of it. Instead, they lost a client today and I will no longer recommend this shop to anyone.

Got my favorite tattoo here! They were very efficient with my time and they did an amazing job! Great atmosphere, very relaxed. I've had my tattoo for 2 1/2 years now and it's still just as beautiful as the day I got it!

Didn't get a true cover up, but had some embellishment done on an existing tattoo. Was able to explain what I wanted and really liked the results. They drew it up and got it done that night. Also took good care of my wife with her 1st tattoo.

Rude service overpriced and the artist caught an attitude was unnecessarily rough the tattoo was nothing like what we looked at and was quoted a price for, the banner that we requested was left open ended, last week we got a name with no embellishment and this week we got a heart with the name in the banner, so logically we felt that it shouldn't be much more to get the same heart around the original name... wrong!! He charged $100 for the first name, $100 for the second name WITH heart, then when we asked if he could add the heart making both tattoos alike, he wanted an additional $120, more than the price he originally wanted for the entire tattoo

My son visited this place thinking about getting his first tattoo. My son was pushed to try to get one done that day. He was wanting a certain tattoo but was steared in another direction. Feeling pressured, my son decided to back out. The tattoo artist had already begun to get set up to do the tattoo before my son backed out, the artists and other tattoo artists began to harass my son. They had taken my son's drivers license before getting the tattoo and wouldn't give him his license back because he backed out. They told my son that he would have to pay them a hundred dollar deposit to come back at another time to get his tattoo, and that they wouldn't give him his license back till he paid the money. These guys are insane and I don't recommend anyone going to this place.

Good quality tattoos and piercings. The piercing lady is super friendly and is extremely hygienic with proper sanitization.

Amazing studio! Decor is spot on and Charlie is an amazing tattoo artists. This is definitely our go to spot for tats.
