Expensive Long Wait Time Poor Customer Service

112 dollars for a septum, waited over 30 minutes. We were the only ones there. For 112 dollars they would not let anyone go back to the piercing room for support. Made us pay and tip before the piercingโ€ฆ

Tattoo Studio Talented Artists Friendly Staff

Iโ€™ve gotten most of my tattoos done here, and now that Iโ€™ve found it, itโ€™s the only place Iโ€™ll go!! Shaun at the front always has the biggest smile when I walk in with my sister. All the artists are extremely talented, so Iโ€™m never worried about who does my work. Jane is the sweetest and has worked with me on my last few tattoos. I will never stop recommending this place

Khem did a great job on my Medusa piercing. The whole experience was quick and relatively painless and it looks great!

Great customer service Clean Reasonable prices

I loved this place. We walked in for tattoos the artist sketched it and we were done within a couple hours. Great customer service. Clean, followed COVID 19 guidelines, and prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back for our next tattoo.

Poor Customer Service Unprofessional Behavior Bad Tattoo Design

I walked in this evening to get a 4 inch tattoo of a demon with a moderate amount of detail on my chest. After waiting for an hour for an artist to be available for a consultation, I was told I have to make an appointment and return another day if I wanted the piece I had been hoping to get. No issue with this whatsoever. My problem was that I was told for a 4 inch tattoo I would have to reserve the artist for multiple days at a rate of $1200 each day. He then proceeded to accuse me of not being able to handle getting the piece as he thought i wouldn't be able to sit through it. I have been getting tattoo for the past 7 years. I asked the artist if he would be able to do a smaller piece on my arm with a much simpler design. After waiting another hour for the artist to sketch the piece he came and showed me the picture. It honestly looked like a 5 year old drew it and he repeatedly told me he did not want to do the tattoo and he would not modify the design. I told him that was fine and promptly walked out. Worst tattoo experience of my life.

Friendly Staff Professional Service Informative Inquiry

Overall experience was good. The team of artist are very laid back and cool. My initial interaction through email inquiry was very informative. However, I never really knew who I was speaking with. I wanted to schedule an appointment with Outlaw but that never happened. I showed up at time I was told he would be there and he wasn't in for another 2 hours. Long story short Binks and piercing guy took care of me. Very friendly and professional. Only request is that they do make it a habit of offering aftercare for tattoos. Otherwise I will be back. Almost 2 weeks later

Talented Artists Great Experience Friendly Staff

I made an appointment with Lyric and had dmโ€™d him on instagram before my visit. To my surprise he had a drawing of what I wanted ready for me when I walked in the next day. I told him I wanted a few extra things added to it but that if he canโ€™t do it because of my budget, thatโ€™s fine. He said donโ€™t worry I got you, and gave me exactly what I wanted and stuck to my budget. I wonโ€™t lie, the design I wanted was sort of silly, but he told me he liked it and was excited to work on it. That made me feel really good about what I was about to have permanently placed on my body(this is my first tattoo). Overall I had a great experience with this shop and would recommend it to anyone. They have some really talented artists and their front end employees are enjoyable people. I found it on a list of best tattoo shops in Atlanta and was not disappointed.

Low Pain Tolerance Lack of Communication

Ehh, went to get my first ever tattoo here. the atmosphere was amazing and welcoming but the person doing my tattoo was okay. I wish I got his name tbh, but i have a very low pain tolerance and was screaming in the wide open space. I wish he told me when he was starting and give me a little tester but he didnโ€™t. he didnโ€™t even tell me any aftercare. wish it was better in that aspect but anyways.
